It's passable. Safe and accommodating, but service and accommodation is not good at all!
Pros:

I was traveling solo, so the place was extremely safe. No questions. The manager was accommodating overall, they were able to accommodate last minute requests. So that was the good part

Cons:

The staffs were lazy, honestly.. They didn't come for house cleaning unless you called them. I did raise it with the manager and after raising it with him with was on the second last day - the house keeping guys came in to clean.. The only cleaned the bed and changed the towel, but the bin was uncleared and bathroom was not cleaned. Plumbing issues, water stagnates but this is beyond their control as I understand.
Intercom in some rooms don't work
Their cook was missing so I couldn't order room except for the complimentary brkfast..
Booking.com mentioned freedom toiletries but there were none!
So, overall a lot of development areas and I Don't think I will ever stay there

Budget friendly clean establishment

Good but not excellent
Pros:

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Peaceful neighborhood with everything you will need around. The AC was working well, the staff was always friendly.

Cons:

We asked for a king bed, so they put together two beds and we can really feel the division because it was very notorious and kind of uncomfortable. The bathroom could have been more modern. In all our 4 days stay nobody clean our room. We liked our privacy, nobody bother us which is good, but maybe for some people that will not be a good thing, for us it was.

Cons:

The management was constantly asking for payment even at 4o cock in the morning when we reached the hotel. I mean let us go to the room to freshen up get some sleep and I was thinking of making payment in the morning at 10 o'clock he even called me at 7 o lock when I'm sleeping for payment and mind you this is the same morning we checked in
