Room was good as per price.

Cons:

Kindly update the location on google maps. I followed the link provided by you for the location but there was no hotel. Further I talked to hotel staff for the exact location.

Also, no soaps towels was provided during check in. I got things when i asked to hotel staff.

The stay was an absolute nightmare

At arrivals all i could smell was smoke of cigarette and the receptionist was drunk too he asked me to cancel the reservation i booked from booking.com and asked me to pay more. At night i had no where to stay. And the pictures are also fake the room was so shitty

Very disappointed by the hotel staff and room amenities.

I got a bit early check-in.

Cons:

The staff & facilities were a total disappointment.
1. The booked hotel and the hotel we got our room in were different and at different locations. We had to first go to the location mentioned in the booking, then make a call to the hotel guys and then hop on there. We didn’t get the room type we booked.
2. There was no toilet paper in the washroom.
3. There were no refreshments provided in the room, NOT EVEN WATER.
4. There was not a single towel in the washroom.
5. Even when we asked for things, the staff neglected it.
6. The staff was not helpful at all.
7. There was a window A.C. that wasn't cooling the room enough.
8. No outside food was allowed in the hotel.
9. The hotel charged double the amount for water bottle.

I had the worst experience at this property. First, the property manager denied my check-in, saying they have removed the hotel from Booking.com. The hotel name and address were also different from what was listed. I booked at 255P, but the actual location was 256P. At 255P, there’s a hospital-like setup, which was misleading.

When I finally checked in, they charged me an extra ₹160, even though my booking was for ₹842, and I had to pay ₹1000. The facilities were terrible:

The washroom door was broken.

The AC was not working.


This property is highly unprofessional and provides no value for money. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, and I request Booking.com to blacklist it.
