Important information:

Full payment is required upon check-in.

Public bath is open from 15:00 to 10:00 the next morning.

The sauna is closed from 01:00 to 05:00.

When sending packages and luggage to the property, please write the booking number and guest name used to make the reservation on the packing slip. Mail without the above information may not be accepted by the property.

Meal-inclusive rate does not include meals for children sleeping in existing beds. Additional fees apply for children's meals if adults book a meal-inclusive rate. Please contact the property for details.

Please be informed that property will be closed from April 1, 2026 (Wed) to July 31, 2026 (Fri) due to facility inspections and renovations due to building deterioration.We plan to reopen on August 1, 2026 (Sat). Pros:

대욕장이 매우 좋았고 조식에서 홋카이도의 유명한 음식을 모두 맛볼수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가짓수가 많지는 않지만 만족스럽고 배부르게 먹을 수 있어요.

Cons:

내부 시설이 좀 낡았고 좁았습니다. 방의 온도를 맞추기 쉽지 않았는데 온도를 1도만 올려도 너무 덥고 내리면 춥고 그랬어요. 오타루역 바로 앞인 위치가 장단점이 모두 있었는데, 기차이용이 편하고 짐을 끌지 않아도 되어 좋지만 오타루 관광지를 둘러본 후에 돌아오는 길은 좀 멀더라구요.

Pros:

Very convenient location for my activities. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional.

Cons:

The price seemed a little high for what was delivered, though I didn't have time to make use of the onsen which may have changed my opinion. It's also a tourist town so higher prices are somewhat to be expected.
