Pokoj mi nepřišel čistý, na hotelu skoro nemluvili anglicky, naúčtovali mi vyšší cenu než byla uvedena na booking, Na pokoji nebyl povlečený polštář ani peřina. Matrace byla proleželá, opravdu důlek. Na WC byl pouze kousek toaletního papíru. Druhá postel byla jen matrace na zemi. Snídaně, co měla být self-service, byla jen hranolky (napůl ledové a napůl vařící), malý trojúhelník sýra, marmeláda, čokoláda med a vajíčko. A pečivo. A čaj v papírovém kelímku. Ani bezpečnost mi nepřišla ok, byl na dveřích řetěz, ale moc jsem tomu nevěřila. Ale na letiště jede taxík (ne jejich odvoz za cca 200Kč.
With the recent change of management, I found the hotel even more beautiful than the photos. I'd like to thank the reception staff for their exceptional attention to every little issue. I wasn't expecting such a great stay for this price. The new hotel manager is incredibly attentive to his guests, and everyone is always smiling and smiling. Thank you.

I have already paid through booking.com, but the receptionist keeps saying that they have not received the payment. This is very strange.
Close to airport, reachable by public transport. Very good value for money. A very basic but nice hotel for one night layover between flights

We didn’t had light in the bathroom, and the bed was a bit broken

To rest one night during a layover is normal.
Internet in the room did not work at all. I was offered an excursion to Istanbul and plus payment for a transfer 300 dollars total. But more than 640 dollars were withdrawn from my card. And they still have not returned my money.

Terrible Experience – Forced to Pay Twice, Abused, and Threatened
We had a confirmed and prepaid booking through Booking.com for 2 rooms with breakfast on 21 May 2025 (Booking Ref: 4423992209). The hotel refused to acknowledge our reservation, even after showing them the confirmation email and proof of online payment (€52.80) 2 weeks before the check-in dates
Instead, we were forced to pay $100 in cash late at night , The staff very rudely told us to pay cash or leave the hotel doesn't matter you have booked online , They told us the online payment would be refunded, which has not happened. They also refused to return $22 in change, saying they had no cash and wrote a note promising a refund next morning when check out—which was also not done.
When I questioned why we had to pay again, they said, “You paid Booking.com, not me,” and became aggressive, abusive, and even pushed and threatened us. This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere. The staff was unprofessional, dishonest, and threatening, and this place should not be listed on reputable platforms like Booking.com. I have proof of online payment, cash receipts, and video evidence of the incident and have raised a formal complaint with Booking.com.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not worth the risk, especially if you’re arriving late or traveling with family. Hoping for a full refund and accountability from both the hotel and Booking.com.

The location is good but was never served breakfast
I was charged twice more via booking. I was staying only one, but I was charged as for two visitors. The workers of the hotel promised to refund money, but they didn't refund. Cheaters
