A lovely hotel and great value!
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff. The buffet dinner was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options. Early check-in was willingly accommodated and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

- Extrem freundliches & vorallem attraktives Personal (sehr selten in Indien)
- leckeres Essen
- Dusche hat sogar einen Schlauch (selten in Indien)
- Vergessene Gegenstände werden nicht unterschlagen
- Hohe Sicherheitsvorkehrungen (Personal, Kameras, Schließfächer, ... )
- Wäsche wird gegen sehr kleinen Aufpreis (innerhalb 24h) gewaschen.
- Hygieneartikel aller Art im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen (für Frauen ein Fön vorhanden)

Cons:

- Lebensmittelhygiene. Teller, Tassen, Besteck nicht immer 100% sauber. Was der Gast nicht sieht, ist vermutlich aus deutscher Sicht eine Kathastrophe. (fast überall in Indien)
- Smart TV lässt sich nur mit Tricks mit dem Internet verbinden. Ahnungsloses Personal hielt es für unmöglich
- Essen vom Buffet darf offiziell nicht im Zimmer gegessen werden (was gemeinsames essen mit der Familie über Videocall unmöglich macht)
- Kein Finessraum -> Keine Möglichkeit an einem Regentag Sport zu treiben.
- Umgebung ist hässlicher als Angela Merkel.

Pros:

Rummet var väldigt rent och fresh. Frukosten hade ett bra utbud och poolen var mycket trevlig. Personalen var toppen och gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb! Jag reste under monsunperioden, men hade ändå en jättefin vistelse!

Unacceptable housekeeping! Poor management.
Pros:

The location was convenient for me.

Cons:

The bedsheets and pillowcase were not changed which was unacceptable. The poor housekeeping issue is a management/supervisory issue. This was a serious lapse but no senior person came to check inspite of being informed. Second day there was a bad smell in the bathroom and huge sound from the extractor. Solved after a few hours. Next day again a bad smell. Disappointing stay.

staff were little rude no smile nothing and was asking charges for everything didn't diliver what we requested for ,late service some f&b staff were good and even HK Staff were also polite need little improve for front office

Modernt hotell med bra läge
Pros:

Modernt. Bra läge. Hjälpsam personal. Trevligt poolområde. Bra att vi fick checka in redan kl 1230.

Cons:

Fanns bara en handduk på rummet. Vi fick dock en till efter förfrågan. Poolområdet ostädat när vi kom till hotellet ca kl 1300. Smutsiga solstolar. Badhanddukar saknades.
