my stay and other service were good.
Pros:

breakfast was excellent and particularly dosa was the best i ever had. your breakfast time staffs are awesome.

Cons:

i was bit disappointed when your front desk staff did not support me to make call to taxi (except one guy). my roaming was not working so i had to call taxi that i had contact but despite my request, front desk staff was not ready to call referring company policy. this is disappointing.

Comfortable and Convenient stay
Pros:

Perfect if you’re looking to stay close to the airport..Everything you need is right here,the room was spacious, well-arranged, and had all the necessary amenities, great breakfast too..The staff were really kind and helpful..They also have an in house restaurant, so you don’t even have to step out for food..room service makes everything super convenient

Cons:

The only downside was the airport taxi…I asked the reception about a cab and they quoted 800inr something and then changed to nearly 1000inr, even though the airport is just about 6 minutes away…I checked the GoaMiles app and got a ride for around 300rs instead…So honestly, I didn’t really understand the logic behind that pricing

A lovely hotel and great value!
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff. The buffet dinner was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options. Early check-in was willingly accommodated and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
