Personale gentilissimo e prodigo nel consigliarci al meglio per la nostra visita a Torino e dintorni.
A disposizione gratuitamente anche mappe della città.
Ci hanno dato la camera prima dell’orario previsto e ci hanno lasciato la chiave della porta sul retro quando abbiamo spiegato che saremmo rientrati ben oltre la mezzanotte.

Il fatto che avevo chiesto una camera con doccia confortevole ad un piano alto, avendo prenotato una camera doppia standard (non economy).
Ho ricevuto conferma della struttura che la mia richiesta sarebbe stata applicata a mia richiesta. Quando sono arrivato, proprio prima di me sono entrate 3 coppie di amici e quando è arrivato il nostro turno, mi è stato detto che non potevano più soddisfare la mia richiesta perché non c’erano più camere disponibili ad un piano alto, salvo accettare di pagare 20€ in più per un upgrade ad una superior. Ho avuto l’impressione di essere stato accolto in una camera economy, mentre avevo prenotato una standard…

Albergo d'altri tempi confortevole gestito da padre e figlia in maniera curata e affettuosa

Questo albergo rappresenta il meglio dell'ospitalità che stiamo perdendo nel prediligere posti anonimi e senz'anima oltre che senza persone in presenza ad accoglierti. Padre e figlia gentilissimi nel farti sentire a casa, nel venire incontro alle esigenze e nell'offrire una colazione splendida. Da provare l'omelette del padrone della villa. Per visitare Torino e dintorni è in una posizione molto buona.
