Notre 1er voyage en Italie en amoureux
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, et l'accueil est chaleureux.
Nous ne parlons pas italien, mais ce n'est pas un problème, une personne du personnel ( ou peut être le responsable) parle très bien français.
La chambre que nous avons eu était très propre et sentait très bon , L'hygiène est une qualité dans toutes les pièces que nous avons vu.
Le petit déjeuner est simplement top et a volonté.
Un service du début à la fin qui nous a donné envie de recommencer l'expérience.

Unfreundliches Hotel der 1980er

Cons:

Ausstattung ident zu den Hotels meiner Kindheit aus den 1980er Jahren. Personal enttäuschend unfreundlich, v.a. der alte Mann (der leider das meiste macht). Das Frühstück wurde wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt, zur Verabschiedung kein Wort. Am 2.Abend wurden wir sogar ausgesperrt (wir kamen um 21:30 vom Essen zurück, bis 24h wird toleriert). Wir haben 10 Minuten lang geklopft (es gibt keine Klingel), dann angerufen ... nach 10 Minuten kam jemand, ließ uns doch rein. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Hier regiert der Hausherr, und das unwirsch. Ich komme nicht wieder.

A disposizione gratuitamente anche mappe della città.
Ci hanno dato la camera prima dell’orario previsto e ci hanno lasciato la chiave della porta sul retro quando abbiamo spiegato che saremmo rientrati ben oltre la mezzanotte.
