we liked the location, the swimming pool, the property has a nice view and very close to the dunes if you like to have a walk around. They organized tours in the desert very well and we had a lot fun, recommended!

Super schönes Hotel am Rande der Dünen!
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel zuerst für 2 Nächte gebucht, dann aber gleich nochmals eine angehängt! Die Aussicht ist einmalig, man ist direkt am Rand der Dünen und sieht auf Kamele. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar unsere beiden Hunde waren sehr willkommen.Mohamed am Empfang hat uns sehr viele tolle Tipps gegeben, eine super schöne 4x4 Tour durch die Wüste und eine Quadtour organisiert, alles auf uns abgestimmt. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Mohamed für seine aufgestellte Art und Engagement und alle Mitarbeitenden für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Einfach großartig
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gut organisiertes Hotel direkt an den Dünen mit zahlreichen Angeboten für Aktivitäten in der Wüste. Sehr sauber, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekte Kombination von (Berber-)Tradition und modernem Komfort. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Herzlichen Dank auch an Mohammed von der Rezeption, der uns in allen Belangen unterstützt und verwöhnt hat.
Zufahrt und Parken mit (normalem) PKW oder Motorrad gut möglich.

Außergewöhnlich: Nachdem ich mir beim Quart fahren den Arm verletzt hatte, hat mich der Hotelbesitzer Mohammed nicht nur ins 120 km entfernten Krankenhaus gebracht und die Behandlung organisiert, er bestand auch darauf, dass wir kostenlos blieben, bis es mit wieder gut ging.

It was amazing!
Pros:

The property was new, modern and spotlessly clean. It was just steps away from the dessert and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very big and comfortable.

Cons:

I hope it will install bidet in the washrooms.

人在欧洲去年和朋友来过沙漠住的帐篷，这次复活节带着家人有老有小想让他们住得更舒服些,选择了在这家酒店住两晚。酒店就在沙漠旁,骑骆驼直接从酒店门口出发,还有各种其他活动可以选,晚上走几分钟就能看到很多星星,酒店工作人员都太热情了,最大的惊喜是开盲盒开到了中国老板娘，中文沟通太方便了，而且借用了她家的厨房给娃做饭，完美!

Beautiful location, Safe parking for motorcycles .staff is great and is extremely polite and helpful!! there are some dining options and serve local cuisines which are great,but they also give us suggestions for some good and cheaper restaurants nearby,if you stay many days and want more different and cheaper food just several minutes drive to the town you will find many restaurant options .in general we had a great stay here with my motorcycle club friends!

Food is good but if stay many days i suggest to have more varieties of options.

Pros:

Magnifique hotel donnant sur les dunes. localisation idéale .Chambre spacieuse et tres propre. Piscine un peu petite mais rafraichissante. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Donne de bons conseils. Excellent repas du soir. Très bon petit déjeuner. A recommander.
