Location and place is ok
Property was not what we expected and also that was my gift for the couple ,first day room facilities was not proper, garden and pool was not well maintained, our first impression was not good at all.
Es war alles perfekt. Das Bungalow war wunderschön.
Es gab nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen.
Location is just perfect. Close to the beach. Palm tree garden is amazing. You feel like inside the jungle. You can see monkeys there. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious. Air con works very well. Main street with nice restaurants is nearby.
The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. Also the A/c was working very good. The location is closer to the town and the beach.
The maintenance is very poor. We didn't see them cleaning the swimming pool. The TV, Hot water was not working at all. Even though we complained it was no point. They should check all the facilities before they handover the room to the customer. Also the garden was not maintained. There where leaves everywhere as it has not been gardened for ages. Also the main office is in a different land where we do not have smooth access.

Inte så välstädat och det såg inte trevligt ut runt boendet och på terassen. Det låg skräp i buskarna på terassen och i hotellrummet fanns djur-avföring..

Die Villen sind nur über ein anderes Hotel erreichbar. Der Weg ist sehr uneben und Nachts leider nicht beleuchtet. Weiter führt der Weg an dem Fluss vorbei, in dem unter anderem Warane wohnen. Das Bad hat nur glaslose Fenster. Zwei weitere davon gibt es in Schlafbereich. Heißt Mücken und Geckos sind in jedem Fall vertreten.
Der Pool ist der auch recht ungepflegt und nicht besonders einladend.
The villa itself was spotless and really spacious and felt more expensive than it was.
The garden was full of wild dogs, all around the pool too so you can’t use the pool safely. They were also on our private outdoor area so we couldn’t sit outside. It is a long walk with luggage from the main building and the staff didn’t help. The breakfast and staff overall were very slow and not really helpful.
Wir haben 7 Nächte in dem Bungalow neben dem Swimmingpool verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Bungalow ist groß und komfortabel und die Betten waren gut.
Die Lage war gut und man war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer oder im Stadtzentrum und gleichzeitig war es sehr ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit und es wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht.
Der Kanal daneben war etwas gruselig und zog viele Tiere an bzw. war voller Warane. Die Straßenhunde kamen einem auch ständig entgegen auf dem schmalen Pfad, man sollte also keine Angst vor sowas haben.
Habitación con mucho espacio. Personal agradable y atento, vinieron a llamar la atención a unos huéspedes que hacían mucho ruido. La villa se encuentra cerca de la playa.
Había pelos en la ducha y manchas en las sábanas. Tuvimos mala suerte y nos tocó en medio de dos villas en las que se alojaba un grupo que nos interrumpió el sueño en varias ocasiones. Comida un poco cara.
I am happy to recommend Queens Mount Tri Villas as a clam, clean and serene place for anyone to stay being away from busy city life. What I most like is their private pool where you can enjoy and relax with no disturbance of other guests.
The staff were the only positive aspect
The photos are misleading - they make the property look clean, modern and bright. In reality the place is falling part - almost everything in our room was dirty, broken, shabby or a mixture of all three. The photos cannot be trusted. There is a genuine risk of electrocution in the shower.
