It is always nice to stay at the residence inn. Very safe and secure!
Pros:

As always, this is one of my favorite properties.
The staff is amazing! The rooms are always very clean! And the property is right in the middle of everything you could possibly need while on your visit!

Pros:

Everything was great, great bbq pit to use by the pool and fire pit for smores! Great breakfast! Nice employees! Had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room and full kitchen and that was great!

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights and My room would not cool down like I like it! And the never can in to clean the room, get the trash, vacuum, get the dirty towel or anything. Had to ask for clean towels every day.

Front desk people could use a refresher on how to be more courteous.
You never know what brings a person to your property. Kindness is way better! Someone may be escaping abuse.... you never know. Things have changed since I stayed the last time. Tiny room, same price as the suite... stinky unalived animal smell through out the air vents... I called the front desk, and she just said she would let maintenance know in the morning so I had to smell it all night. It was disgusting.
I love this property, but you guys are gonna have to do way better!

Pros:

This hotel has everything you need for a great stay. I would recommend the breakfast get a little upgrade, such as waffles, dairy products, and keep your eggs warmer.
