Pros:

Quiet and clean.

Cons:

AC in my room wasn't working. Elevators weren't running, so I had to use the stairs, and I was on the third floor. Limited breakfast options.

AC not working
no towel in room
requested yet did not provide breakfast. I have travelled world over and never seen a hotel starting breakfast after 8 am.requested for a small portion in form of tea and bread/butter but refused. Completely nonsense staff and ridiculous hotel policies
