Price was cheap, but many hotels in area are this price, maybe they are all similar quality I'm not sure, I would of paid more for a better hotel that actually looks like its photos.

Location pin on booking.com is incorrect it is actually in a neighborhood near the airport.

We did not like anything about this place except the smiling face of one staff who’s at the reception during the night. The owner guy was a little understanding though but his business partner lady was indecent, classless and arrogant. She was ants to charge you always in addition to what the bookings fare says where even if it is including taxes and fee, she wants to charge on top of this the same and therefore collect the taxes and fee double. Also the hotel (it’s not a hotel but an incomplete building) is worn out, unfinished and it’s in a hell. It’s not aerocity as they claim. The owner lady contacts you and share the location on WhatsApp saying that there’s a problem with the location on bookings dot com. The truth could be that they have purposely given a wrong location there. Don’t go there, this is useless. Although I have booked many hotels throughout the last couple of decades, I’ve never taken the time to write a review whether goid or bad but for this one I wanted to. Avoid this zoo at any price.
The female owner and all other staff who are lazy and don’t want to serve you. They think that you’re staying for free at their bullshit building.

The location showing on your map misleading, this property is inside the Mahipal Village not on the Airport road as showing in location map.
When I reached to the hotel @midnight , hotel manager told me hotel is booked. After 1 hour he arranged one room in their another property . I have walk with my luggage to reach this property.
Booking .com rated this property 3 star but this Hotel unable to provided to basic thing like towel and toiletries. The room condition was pathetic. The bed sheet was unwashed. I spend 5-6 hrs and changed my hotel without taking bath.

We did not take breakfast and beds are not comfortable rooms are not as the expectation if we see the pictures.
Too much time to deliver your food. Sometimes when you order an extra cup of tea, the staffs forget to serve. Outside food is not allowed but food from the hotel takes lots of time to be served. In addition, several items listed on the menu card are not available when ordered. All are ok in the hotel except food orders/delivery/food service.
