Poor service, not honest and poor
Pros:

When I had to check in they told me that they are fully booked for the entire year but my booking went through and payment went through. When I requested a refund they were not answering my calls anymore.

Cons:

It’s not a guest house , I was told that they placed NSFAS students in the accommodation when I was about to check in.

Struggled to get alternative accommodation and I still need to get my refund from you.
Cons:

When I got there they told me they have cancelled all booking till next year two weeks ago. I must ask for my refund from Booking .com. had to look for alternative accommodation.

Pros:

You wouldn't say it's in the township. Clean yard snf room. Comfy bed. I Slept comfortably.

Pros:

The place is not clean no iron,no water,no electricity, no toilet paper the lady was very rude to us. Knock the door and open while sleeping. I told her a day before check out that I am not welling well.

My stay was very bad ,poor and loose my money for booking such low standard accommodation

Cons:

The property was not having water
in the early morning of Sunday 14/09/2025.
There was no DSTV services nor any other alternative services.
The property full of young children it seems as if it is student accommodation.
Only slept there only for a day and move out to better accommodation on my another expenses.
