Friendliness of the staff and all well laid out
Nothing
Room was clean and newly refurbished.
Not only was the restaurant closed in the evenings, but so was the bar. I was forced to sit in the bar in the very dim light doing work.
Note there was no bath in the room despite advertising that all rooms have a bath.
For the price per night I would have expected the facilities to be available.
I’ll stay somewhere else next time that has its facilities open and a hot breakfast.
Clean room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location and outside space. Would recommend and stay again
Excellent location in Cowes, good common parts, helpful & friendly breakfast staff
The reception bar & restaurant were all closed from 4pm on the day of our stay. We were the only guests in the building. Our room was small but comfortable but had only a small high window with obscured glass looking over a flat roof.

The location was good, the presentation on the club generally was exceptional, the public rooms were nice, and I was told it had been recently refurbished, and it showed, everything was immaculate. I was even able to park my motorbike in a small parking area in the grounds.
No TV in the room.
Clean, central location. Staff were excellent, very polite and professional. The facilities were excellent, hairdryer and iron all provided and plenty of tea and coffee .

Window Secuity in room. (Couldn’t have window open whilst being secure in room due to open flat roof).

Our room was next to a corridor bathroom and people using it in the night woke us up. I didn’t like hearing that.

My room was next to a shared bathroom, so a couple of minor night/morning noises.
The RORC has been done up. In great shape. Room very comfortable. And Glyn, Nicola and staff are excellent.
Located right on the sea front.
Breakfast was functional, but limited to cereals, yoghurt, toast, muffins, juices and fruit. All fresh and tasty.
