2nd time of staying here after also staying here for 18 nights last year. Good location. Nice big room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Staff very friendly and attentive. Was great value for money. And probably will. Choose again next time.
Sadly this is a major issue and the management of the hotel are at fault, no individual person. The room cleaners have a constant battle and are not to blame. The balcony was cleaned daily but had a major problem with pigeon poo. So much to the point that the balcony was unusable. And it’s all because the fact that no measures had been taken to prevent the pigeons roosting above. I felt that they blamed the housekeepers who were doing what they could to clean up after them but was pointless. Don’t ever book rooms D23 amd D24. Last year we had D22 Which had no problems last year and don’t know if they’re affected red this year. The hotel must spend money on preventative measures to stop this because it is unhealthy. After reporting a number of times I don’t think they understood that the hotel management was at fault and responsible for sorting with spikes/nets etc. it’s unfair to guests and to the staff cleaning the rooms.

Breakfast was decent. The staff were too good, which makes up for their old Property. Location and staff are their main Plus.
Restroom size is very small and plumbing definitely needs to be improved.

Near to Calangute beach ( 1 km walkable throughout the market wherein there are good restaurants, bar , wine shop, cashew n chocolate shop, merchandise, etc..)
Room rent little expensive as compared to the facility given ( 2 night we paid 15.5k)
No discount ( 10%) is given on food and drink even though you are booking through Booking.com...

The hotel restaurant had a very professional chef who prepared very delicious Indian food.
The towels had holes. There were cockroaches in the bed.
It was close to calangute beach. Room was comfortable and as a solo traveller felt safe. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. 2 wheeler is available on rent bang opposite the hotel.
They were always there if needed, so can’t complaint for anything. Nothing to be precise.
Location good. Room a good size. Great balcony. Room services every day. Good air conditioning. A fabulous touch that at the end we were given a free transfer back to the airport.
Generally the staff were nice. And you were always supplied with plenty of bottled water and toilet rolls.
The shower was very good.
Firstly I really disliked the way that after booking we got told that the booking wouldn’t be confirmed unless we paid 1/3 of the price up front about £400 into an Indian bank account. It firstly made us stress that someone was trying to scam us. But also that we weren’t sure we would ever be staying there because they said the room isn’t guaranteed. Also a week before arrival we asked them to organise a taxi to collect us from the airport. And again we were told to pay into an Indian bank account. There are a lot of scams around these days and it all felt worrying that we were being asked to pay money in a bank account. Why do they just not advertise that 1/3 deposit must be paid up front but take the payment through the booking.com app? I probably would have booked a different hotel but at least I wouldn’t have worried I was being scammed.
Also their system for towel change leaves you without towels at all throughout the afternoon because they take the towels when they service the room possibly as early as midday but don’t replace them til after 4pm possibly as late as 5pm so you can’t have a shower in the afternoon even though there is an intense heat.
The WiFi although when you actually get it is fairly good isn’t set up to be easy to get for non Indian phone number holders. Took them 2 days of trying to get them to help me to get me on line.
The breakfast wasn’t as good as some other hotels I’ve had in Goa. The continental selection was poor quality for a hotel of this status and price
