Cons:

Der Aufenthalt selbst war grundsätzlich angenehm, allerdings wurde der Gesamteindruck beim Check-out massiv negativ beeinflusst.

Uns wurden über 100 € für angeblich beschädigte Bettwäsche bzw. einen Matratzenschoner berechnet. Während des Aufenthalts gab es lediglich einen kleinen Fleck, der sofort entfernt wurde. Eine solche hohe Zusatzberechnung ist in keiner Weise nachvollziehbar.

Auf Nachfrage wurde uns keine transparente oder plausible Erklärung gegeben. Zudem handelte es sich bei den gezeigten Gegenständen nicht um einen erkennbaren Matratzenschoner, sondern um einfache Tücher, deren Preis in keinem Verhältnis zur Forderung steht.

Dieses Vorgehen wirkt leider nicht fair und hinterlässt den Eindruck einer überhöhten und nicht gerechtfertigten Zusatzberechnung.

Ich würde mir hier deutlich mehr Transparenz und einen angemessenen Umgang mit Gästen wünschen.

Que haya niños en la parte del spa e hidromasaje. Como que es un lugar para descansar. Pero nada urgente.
