Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The service was very thoughtful and attentive throughout my stay.

They kindly helped me arrange tours and also assisted me with booking my bus tickets, which made my trip much easier and more convenient.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Big private balcony and good shower. Breakfast was lovely, as was the family dinner! The staff were all so helpful and kind, helping me to book a tour and my bus to Ninh Binh.

Cons:

There was a strange smell in the bathroom but with the fan on and the door shut it was fine.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Good location, Nhi (hotel manager) is really friendly and helpful at booking local trips.

Cons:

Really noisy at night when trying to sleep.
Other guests outside room talking until 1am as there is a seating area right outside room with light shining through the door (door is glass)
Also guests using our balcony to talk on the phone with no privacy as open access.
Good place to stay if you don't mind late nights and don't have to be up early in the morning.
If you want sleep take earplugs and eyemask.

Vues incroyables
Pros:

Super établissement, chambres propres, propriétaires super sympas, vélos à louer juste à côté. La vue depuis le balcon est tellement belle, et c’est proche de la rivière!

Pros:

We were accomodated at a different place belonging to the family of the owner because someone wasn't able to leave in time for health reasons.
Our bungalow was huge and clean.
You could choose one meal for breakfast and the options we tried were delicious.
We enjoyed family dinner a lot!
The owner was very friendly and obliging. She sent us a lot of possible tours to book in Phong Nha and arranged a tour for us for the next day before we had even arrived at the hostel. We were happy to be able to use the laundry service which costs 40k dong/kg.
We really appreciated the offer to shower after the tour although we already checked out in the morning.

Hostel très chaleureux
Pros:

Notre hôtesse a été formidable et nous a aidé à réserver nos expéditions, en nous conseillant et étant patiente car nous avions des hésitations. Elle nous a réservé un taxi après le train et lorsque nous avons raté notre arrêt, a réagit rapidement et nous a réorganisé un nouveau taxi. Merci à elle pour sa bonne humeur !
Les family dinner le soir étaient bons et sympas pour rencontrer du monde et il y a un billard sur le toit.
Notre chambre double était immense et propre.

Recommandations : Il y a un resto vegan à 3 min face à la rivière. Nous avons aussi loué des vélos au centre ville (20 min à pied) pour aller au jardin botanique.

Tout était vraiment top. J’ai pris 2 excursions avec l’hostel : Paradise Cave & Dark Cave puis une autre Phong Nha Cave & Farm Duck
Les 2 excursions étaient top, rien à se soucier tout était gérer et les endroits sont magnifiques !
La propreté, la literie, l’odeur des couvertures… un pur bonheur de trouver une chambre à ce prix là et d’une telle propreté
La personne à l’accueil est d’une gentillesse et parle bien anglais
Le petit déjeuner est inclus pour le prix… au choix 1 boisson ainsi qu’un plat (le choix est large)

המקום נקי . החדר ממש גדול ויפה. אווירה צעירה. המארחת מקסימה ונותנת את כל המידע שצריך. אנחנו לא קנינו סיורים פשוט הלכנו למקום של המערות ועשינו לבד.
