Great place for travelers on budget! Very convenient for all the beach parties! Highly recommend!

Super affordable and very convenient!

Cons:

Really with the air conditioner was placed somewhere in between the 2 floors. Because once it at the lowest only the lower floor will feel the cold. But that is too much for the upper floor. Also fan being in the upper floor together with the AC is not ideal!

But overall everything was great, except for the surprise scorpion visit!

Un établissement victime du tourisme comme tout Unuwatuna - prix très chère / qualité pas au rendez-vous. On a pas du tout aimé

Good rooms, good location. Restaurant mostly focused towards Russian/Eu clients.
Pros:

Good location. Good rooms. The staff allotted (Dilshan) was amazing in greeting us on our arrival and through out our stay.

Cons:

The restaurant staff is more focused towards western customers than asian. We were totally ignored by the restaurant staff sitting in the restaurant - no menu given to us, we had to go and ask. Even after getting the menu noone attended us to get our order, hence we walked out and had our dinner in the neighbourhood.
