The hotel was 5 minutes from a beautiful beach. Good gym facilities.
The two onsite restaurants offered better quality food and wine than the buffet restaurant.
Although there is apparently a rule that you can't reserve sunbeds this was not enforced, every morning before breakfast they were all taken.
No proper quality coffee until 10am from the bar.
Food variety at the buffet was limited, same food often repeated at dinner. Some items such as custard tarts were usually unavailable.

Everything you could possibly need
I like the overall outdoor, it’s more villas style than hotel. Lots of trees, gardens, nice swimming pools.a bit of walk to falesia beach but we knew this as Falesia is on the hill, so you need to pass the gate then walk downstairs. Make sure you bring snack and drinks.there’s no cafes around and walking back to hotel’s bar is a bit of a walk!
I’ve been to Falesia few times, so beach doesn’t disappoint. It’s golden sand, you could see sunset and sunrise at the cliff. Beautiful!
The food is ok, it’s 4 star hotel not 5, so it’s ok for this rating. at least there were a lot of grilled but I didn’t see any variety of Portuguese food.
Bar staff were professional and friendly. I could get nice iced coffee and pingado (espresso w milk) with the right taste.
The mattress was very comfortable! It’s firm enough just what i like. Room is OK.
Entertainment was amazing. We saw fire show on Saturday night. During the day the entertainers always make it fun, pool exercises and bubbles party etc.
My 5yo twins love this hotel.
Lack of cleanliness.
There was always still some dust/ dirt on our floor. Drinking cups weren’t changed. They didn’t replace drinking bottles, we had to keep asking. My son step on a broken piece of glass on the day before last day.. We didn’t break anything, i’m sure its from previous guests and cleaner didn’t clean properly.
The whole hotel needs some refurbishment. Bathroom is old, mould on some spots. Needs repainting everywhere. The main door for reception, literally the main face of hotel is old.
Difficult for me to navigate the first time where snack bar and restaurant is. No sign, i had to ask around.
Food is 4 out of 5. They served too often grilled turkey, just one time there was a quick steak. Not enough beef and pork was served too often. Snacks need to be improved and more variety pls.
Waiters at grilled restaurant need to be re-trained.
