Pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Spędziłam bardzo fajny czas z siostrami. Piękny hotel, piękna okolica, miły personel, szczgólnie zespół do spraw aktywnośći ( bardzo sympatyczni ludzie), spokój ( ale pewnie dlatego, że byłyśmy po sezonie)
Zimna woda na basenie krytym, a miała być woda podgrzewana. Pogoda była brzydka, więc byłoby fajnie skorzystac z basenu z podgrzewaną wodą.

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no AP Adriana Beach Resort! Desde o momento da chegada até à partida, tudo superou as minhas expectativas.
A comida era variada, saborosa e sempre bem apresentada — havia opções para todos os gostos, e tudo estava sempre fresco e bem confecionado. O atendimento também merece destaque: toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e prestável, sempre com um sorriso no rosto.
A estadia foi muito confortável, com quartos limpos e bem cuidados, e o local é simplesmente fantástico — rodeado de natureza, com acesso fácil à praia e ótimos espaços para relaxar ou explorar.
Mas o que realmente tornou esta experiência inesquecível foi o grupo de animação! Uma equipa incrível, cheia de energia, simpatia e criatividade. Estavam sempre prontos para animar o ambiente com jogos, atividades e espetáculos, envolvendo adultos e crianças com muito entusiasmo. Conseguiram criar uma atmosfera divertida e acolhedora, e é impossível não sentir a alegria que transmitem diariamente.
Sem dúvida, um resort a que irei querer voltar. Parabéns a toda a equipa do AP Adriana Beach Resort, especialmente ao grupo de animação, por tornarem a nossa estadia tão especial!
Pela primeira vez (e já são quase 10 estadias no Adriana) constatei um decréscimo de qualidade/empatia e profissionalismo do staff, em concreto nos dois bares e com maior predominãncia no bar da piscina mais pequena. Por duas vezes seguida a meio da manhã, pedi agua com gás e não tinham limão, o mesmo empregado. Num outro dia e no mesmo bar, pedi uma pina colada sem alcool e deram um preparado de máquina, parecia granizado, quando no bar principal já tinha bebido a mesma bebida e foi preparada com misturadora e apresentada com uma rodela de ananás. No bar principal, nem todos os empregados preparam as mesmas bebidas da mesma forma... senti isso na capirinha e no Daiquiri, ao ponto de no ultimo dia ter pedido a uma empregada em concreto para preparar o Daiquiri, pois tinha sido com ela que tinha bebido o melhor. Por ultimo, referir a qualidade do Wi-Fi. Nas zonas comuns e sobretudo à noite, a rede fica estrangulada e é uma rede sem segurança, ao contrário de outros anos. No quarto, estava na zona U e a rede era muito fraca com cortes. Há uns anos, disseram que não apostavam no wi-fi pois queriam que as pessoas aproveitassem as animações e bem, mas comparativamente com o ano passado que também estive no hotel, o wi-fi era de boa qualidade. De resto, foi o normal, boa qualidade, para voltar garantidamente, mas notei um decréscimo de qualidade, conhecimento e empatia dos empregados do bar, com as devidas excepções.

The resort was good overall, good entertainment, food was decent albeit a bit repetitive. The beach, reachable with a 2-3 minute walk, was great, one of the best ones I’ve ever seen. The room was spacious and the AC was good too.
The room was really really humid, beds were not the best and uncomfortable. Twin beds are also not great for a couple. Food was a bit repetitive.

Gostei muito da proximidade à praia, que, inclusive, é praticamente uma praia privada do hotel devido ao acesso direto que os hospedes têm. Fui em Julho e a praia estava praticamente vazia. Adorei
Não gostei da pouca variedade de carne e peixe que havia no restaurante principal.
The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic, bringing lots of energy and fun to the main pool area and night shows every day. The rooms and hotel itself is spotless, with regular daily clean up around the pools and bathrooms. My son had an accident outside the snack area and badly hurt his knee. However, I have to give kudos to Valdo at reception who was so helpful and performed first aid immediately. He helped keep my son calm and ensured the cut was properly cleaned and dressed. Overall, it was an amazing resort for our group family holiday and we will definitely be back.
The kids club is not on par with other kids clubs in similarly rated hotels, it could do with some renovating and better safety protocols. However, my 6 year old still very much enjoyed it and the staff were good fun.
