Cons:

Faço um pequeno reparo no que diz respeito ao peixe que servem grelhado, como há värios anos frequento a mesma unidade hoteleira, verifico não haver melhoria. Apenas um reparo!

While the property has a lot of potential, management should work on improving the service level and maintenance.

Resort is huge with plenty of activities and trails

Cons:

Property is not well maintained. In our room we had a tap leaking, locker not working, dated furniture etc. Also, the service level is also not upto the mark. We had to call reception 3 times to get them to deliver water to the room!

Da simpatia dos animadores, equipa de Spa, bagageiros e de alguns membros do staff da receção e restaurante/bar.
Do programa de animação.
Do conforto das camas.
Da imediata disponibilidade da manutenção quando a nossa porta deixou de trancar.
Da variedade e qualidade da comida do buffet.
Da natureza envolvente e os percursos pedestres.
Da prontidão e simpatia da rececionista quando perguntamos se tinham uma pomada para picadas de insetos.
Da experiência gastronómica no restaurante " O Celeiro".

Cons:

Do barulho horripilante da unidade de A/C que estava colada à parede do nosso 1° quarto e da demora em solucionar. Tivemos de ir pressionar presencialmente a recepção para resolverem e apesar de nos terem mudado de quarto, não sentimos nenhuma empatia por parte da receção.
Da falta de alguém que fiscalizasse constantemente a falta de uso de toca na piscina interior.

Es la segunda vez que vamos y todo genial, mi hija es celíaca y le hacían la comida que ella pidiera(pizza, pasta etc...)

Die Parkanlage ist sehr natürlich, mit vielen Pflanzen und Blumen angelegt (keine Betonwüste).

L’emplacement. Le parc est magnifique. L’accès à la plage très facile. La possibilité de se promener sur les falaises.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre hors du parc principal, impression d’être à l’écart de l’hôtel. En plus au bord de la route. Les rideaux fermaient mal et la lumière du réverbère toute la nuit très dérangeante. Douche sans joint qui inondait la salle de bain. Le ménage très succinct et même oublié un jour. Et le pire le restaurant très très bruyant car énormément de groupe de jeunes sportifs. L’animation moyenne.
