Great hotel!
Pros:

City centre location, Great security, staff is very accommodating.

Cons:

Our room had no view, but that didn't bother us as we were out all the time and came only to rest and sleep.

Pros:

Staff is very kind, curtious and trained. Location is very good, i mean located in the heart of city. Rooms are very simple, neat & clean.

Cons:

Human interaction & communication is very less. Served food is mildly warm. It should be hot or well warmed. All pillows have same structure. There should some variety of pillows like hard, soft, thin & thick etc.

Sharahe Faisal stay with good food
Pros:

Room was comfortable with a separate sitting area and fridge ,kitchenette. BAThroom amenities and local caffe were good. Chai is highly recommended. Club sandwich was good too. They have menu items brought by nearby restaurants and served in room or in caffee. Hotel has a green space and a green terrace which is always a plus.Biryani was good too.

Cons:

Rooms on ground floor have windows opening towards the lobby and entrance so due to privacy concerns we couldn't open those, which is not good if you feel claustrophobic.

Karachi is a large city and a bit chaotic - but hotel was a good choice for a little peace
Pros:

Staff mostly helpful and friendly - room good - location good - breakfast good ( breakfast manager very friendly and welcoming)

Cons:

Very slippery floor in shower - handrail coming off wall on stairs

Great choice to stay for Karachi
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful when we needed any support.
