Много ни хареса престоят в хотела. Стаята беше чиста и уютна, персоналът – любезен и отзивчив. Локацията е отлична, на пешеходно разстояние от основни забележителности. Чувствахме се комфортно и спокойно.

Pros:

I had a good experience during my stay! The room was quite small but very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect — close to Galata Tower where anre plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet very quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

The pillows were quite hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the towels did not absorb water well, which was a bit inconvenient after showering.

Overall im not satisfied with this hotel. Very regretful on my stay here. Better find other hotel.

Cons:

Very bad service, no parking, no lift, if you got 4th floor then you need hike with all your luggage by own. No one can assist you. The owner very snobbish and arrogant. Careful if you pay via booking.com. This hotel will request to pay too at counter. You need monitor on you credit card if there are 2 deduction remind our bank to cut off the payment. If not you will pay twice. Overall im not satisfied with this hotel. Very regretful on my stay here.

Pros:

Хотела е хубав и на хубава локация. Чисто , ново ,стаите са по-малки но и това не е проблем имаше и любезен домакин.

Cons:

За жалост имаше авария на електричеството и нямахме ток и топла вода. Не бяхме и предупредени за този проблем. От жената на рецепцията или камериерката все ни се повтаряше че до 1 час ще се пусне тока .Но това така и не се случи и се принудихме да напуснем 1 ден по-рано защото това ни изнерви. Все пак искам да благодаря на домакина за доброта отношение и съдействие, нямаха вина служителите за този проблем, те направиха всичко.

Good stay near Galata tower
Pros:

Affordable location only a 5 or minute walk away from Galata tower, where there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes and shops. Very friendly staff and clean room.

Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located. Clean, stylish and comfortable. The man from reception Suleiman was exceptionally kind and helpful and helped us a lot when our kid was ill. All in all highly recommend this place.

Tutto ottimo!
Pros:

Posizione strategia, con tutti i punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi. Camera come in foto, pulita e con condizionatore e WiFi funzionanti, materassi molto comodi.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile, anche oltre le loro mansioni.
