It was Comfortable
Pros:

It was quiet a nice hotel whenever i visited makkah i stayed only at this hotel very humble staff very clean and comfortable they have the shuttle bus to haram but last time i visited on june 11 the bus service was not available overall it’s a very decent place to stay with family

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t liked everything was good

فندق جميل والتوصيل من والي الحرم ممتاز كنا في اخر ايام رمضان ومكه زحمه بس الحمد لله اتوفقنا في الفندق نشكر جميع العاملين .وان شاء الله كل مرة نسكن فيه بإذن الله

لايوجد خدمات حول الفندق الخدمه سيئه مكتوب انه من خدمات الفندق يوجد باصات وعند الوصول اكتشفنا ان الباصات الموجوده لزوار من تركيا فقط الانترنت سئ جداً النظافة سيئه عندما طلبنا مريول رفض التوصيل لهذا المكان اضطررت الى مغادرة الفندق وانا حاجز ليلتين ورفض موظف الفندق مساعدتي في استرداد المبلغ لاني حجزت عن طريق موقع بوكينق كوم وطلب مني التواصل مع الموقع ولكن الموقع وضح لي انه لاعلاقه له المسئول عن كنسلت الحجز واسترداد المبلغ الفندق
