It s a trap. Like sleeping in a public toilet. We left after the first night and they never responded to our complaint or refund demand. Very bad experience, probably the worst of my life.

I am coming to the Hotel and the man who works there he mean to me thay don't have triple bedroom which I reserved. Schock 🫣
Then he mean is not problem thay will move me to the another Hotel from the samo owner.
Is ok I was thinking ,but then he mean you must pay taxi to the other destination 🫣🫣
Why should I pay is not my fault.,anyway the Manager from Hotel or Owner he mean him on telephone if I don't want to pay taxi He will cancel the reservation and in 12 h midnight 🫣🫣🫣 so eine Katastrofe
I mean no..I will call the police.
Then the man who works on reception he call the taxi and pay it by himself .
Respekt for him
But for Owner of the Hotel I can say only bad because he was so rude on Telefon.
Staff was ok..They helped me what thay could it.
One day couple hours was no electricity 😫 we couldn't come in to our room

Horrible place
Cons:

I didn't sleep in that place, it was horrible. I moved to another hôtel the same. I went in and out. The hotel receptionist took from me 9000 lira in cash to help me to accept the cancellation. Unfortunately I didn't accept the cancellation, I paid for the room without staying there and 9000 lira in cash for the receptionist.
I will have to think twice before using booking the next.
I have a lot of pictures even a spider in the receptionist

Room was very small. Bathroom smells and didn't got breakfast. It says till 10 but when i went there they said its over.

Very welcoming
Pros:

The hotel staff made our trip perfect. I travelled with two teenagers. The staff made sure we had everything we need and helped me keep them safe. The hotel was in a nice area between nature and city. The staff was very easygoing and helped us in every way possible. Very thankful to them! Great teamplaying and amazing costumer service skills! Getting around was very easy by taxi, bus and walking. Very nice local amenities and shops near the hotel.
