The property was amazing and well kept. It was perfect for a quick trip to The Pines. The owner was very accommodating and attentive ensuring the stay was perfect.

Beautiful location. Very private and clean. I loved the setting and the atmosphere. I cant wait to go back and spend more time.

The property exceeded my expectations which are generally quite high. It was so serene and peaceful. The room was well appointed and I treasured having a private outdoor space. Everything for the beach was provided. The pool was the perfect temperature. Michael is an amazing host - kind, thoughtful and intelligent. I hope to go back for a long weekend this fall. Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in FIP.

This is a wonderful place. The nicely decorated rooms, the pool which is warmed 24/7, the kindness and welcoming attitude of the host, the proximity to the ocean….all of those things make it a great choice.

Gorgeous house, great location, perfect amenities, and a very responsive host

I had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful - nicely designed modern style, great poolside and good location. The highlight is the host Michael who is just the nicest and most interesting guy. I felt like we were friends before I even arrived. Highly recommend this place.

Absolute gem in the Pines 🌊🔥

From the moment we arrived, this property delivered the kind of stay you hope for on Fire Island and rarely get all at once. The home is gorgeous—immaculately kept, stylish without trying too hard—and the heated pool became our daily ritual. Beds? Massive, cloud-level comfortable. We slept like babies after sunset boardwalk strolls. There’s also a proper gym on site, so we could offset all the “vacation decisions” we made at dinner. 😅

What really sets this place apart is the host. Warm, proactive, genuinely thoughtful—the kind of hospitality that feels effortless because it’s real. He even made me an iced coffee (I’m usually not a fan) that was so good I asked for the recipe. Communication was smooth end-to-end and check-in/check-out were a breeze.

If you’re debating where to stay in the Pines, this is your sign. Beautiful property, heated pool, huge comfy beds, gym for the motivated—and a host who turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back. 🇿🇦❤️

Spotless clean and wonderful staff

The room was private and well equipped. The pool was clean and warm. The area is peaceful and quiet. And the host is sweet and welcoming. Overall, one of the top places I’ve stayed in and I’d definitely return.

Host is very accommodating, attentive, heated pool, comfortable bed, super clean rooms.

I liked how our room overlooked the pool and deck, and enough clearing in the trees for sun. There was an abundance of towels we could use for the pool or for going to the beach which was close by. The weather during our stay was too cold for the ocean but our host had the pool heater on to at least 90, which was perfect for lounging around and chatting with other guests. I loved that we had our own microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. The most amazing part for us was the fully equipped gym room, which no other accommodation would have out on the island. We used it! Good warm water pressure and wifi as well.
