Hôtel de luxe mais décevant
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer. Le grand balcon avec une baignoire balnéo était top. Le petit déjeuner royal.

Cons:

Les jets de la baignoire balneo ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui a supprimé l’effet waouh escompté. Le personnel à la plage était antipathique et a refusé de nous donner un parasol supplémentaire pour notre bébé. La serveuse au bar du rooftop ne m’a bizarrement jamais apporté la carte des cocktails demandée de sorte que nous avons du partir au bout de 20 minutes sans avoir rien bu. Bref, le personnel, mis à part à la réception et le voiturier, n’était pas du tout serviable. Les équipements ne fonctionnent pas parfaitement et il n’y a pas assez de matelas à la piscine. Pour un hôtel de ce standing et de ce prix, c’est très regrettable.

Excellent stay at a beautiful resort with great staff, clean facilities, and an amazing location on Eagle Beach.
Pros:

The resort was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The location on Eagle Beach was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable, the pools and facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about — overall a great experience.

The location is great

Cons:

While I understand Aruba’s natural windiness, our room experienced persistent creaking sounds throughout the day and night from Monday through Saturday. On our final night, this noise intensified significantly and unfortunately impacted my ability to sleep restfully. Given the premium nature of this property and the investment we made, I would hope this could be addressed..whether through room selection, maintenance, or structural assessment.

Overall our family had a great time. Will definitely stay at this site again.
Pros:

Our family vacation was excellent. The amenities are awesome. The food is outrageous. The service is excellent. Housekeeping is impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond ensuring your stay is carefree.

Cons:

The drink and food service on the beach was lacking. The lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach were also lacking. They tried to accommodate our group of six (four chairs and two umbrellas) just wasn’t enough.

Cons:

The wrist band for the room lock failed on more than on occasion and the lock had to be replaced and the wrist band still did not work!
When looking at the final bill at checkout, EVERY DATE was incorrect for all resort charges, indicating dates from 06-04-2026 to 10-04-2026 while my stay was 04-06-2026 to 04-10-2026.
This will be reported to the Aruba Travel

Pros:

Quartos novos e modernos. Banheira na sacada com vista fenomenal da praia de Aruba.
Restaurantes do hotel são ótimos, assim como as piscinas.

Cons:

Todo dia tem musica ao vivo até as 10 da noite. O palco fica no meio do hotel. Pessoalmente achei o volume alto e para quem acorda cedo para curtir Aruba pode incomodar um pouco.
Eu estava com um bebê então conversei com o time na recepcão. Foram extremamente solicitos e nos mudaram para um quarto mais afastado do palco.

A estética é linda! O hotwl é muito novo, muito bem decorado, os quartos são lindos, confortáveis, bem limpos. A comida muito saborosa, atendimento bom. Praia linda com atendimento do hotel na praia. Hotel bem localizado, porém não é tão perto dos centros comerciais.

Ar condicionada forte nos salões.
