Si te olvidas algo en la pileta te lo pueden robar.
Pros:

El lugar es espectacular.

Cons:

Me deje un termo en la pileta y me lo robaron. A pesar de que el hotel tiene cámaras x todos lados, el personal no fue capaz de decirme q había pasado ni darme alguna otra respuesta. Esto arruino toda la experiencia.

O hotel é lindo, o quarto é ótimo e a limpeza excelente.. limpam os quartos de manhã e à tardezinha trazem água gelada e chocolate, além de arrumarem a cama para a noite..

Excelente opción en Aruba.
Pros:

Excepcionalmente limpio.
Excelente ubicación: zona bonita, turística pero muy tranquila.
Diseño y decoración: muy bonito, moderno, elegante, discreto.
Desayuno muy bueno.
El internet.
La playa súper linda, amplia y tranquila.

Cons:

El hotel no está en primera línea de la playa, para ir hay que cruzar una vía pública, aunque de muy baja circulación.

Overall very good experience. We would go back to this resort.
Pros:

Very Clean, rooms beautifully designed and very comfortable, fitness equipment well maintained. Beach chairs and canopies are very comfortable.

Cons:

Things that can be improved. Dining experience was good but not exceptional.
Brunch was good. Evening music was ok.

Loved our stay
Pros:

Loved the hotel design and decor, beautiful beach (less crowded than Palm Beach), the best breakfast ever, great café, cleanliness, staff. They had our room ready for early check in.

Cons:

Not so practical, needs more trash cans for example, elevator to the ground floor is on one side of the hotel only.

The place was brand new and had a nice design.

Cons:

Our room would sometimes have a strong mold or mildew smell as if extra moisture was in the room. We told them about the smell when we checked in and they sent extra air freshener that didn’t help.

Hôtel de luxe mais décevant
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer. Le grand balcon avec une baignoire balnéo était top. Le petit déjeuner royal.

Cons:

Les jets de la baignoire balneo ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui a supprimé l’effet waouh escompté. Le personnel à la plage était antipathique et a refusé de nous donner un parasol supplémentaire pour notre bébé. La serveuse au bar du rooftop ne m’a bizarrement jamais apporté la carte des cocktails demandée de sorte que nous avons du partir au bout de 20 minutes sans avoir rien bu. Bref, le personnel, mis à part à la réception et le voiturier, n’était pas du tout serviable. Les équipements ne fonctionnent pas parfaitement et il n’y a pas assez de matelas à la piscine. Pour un hôtel de ce standing et de ce prix, c’est très regrettable.

Excellent stay at a beautiful resort with great staff, clean facilities, and an amazing location on Eagle Beach.
Pros:

The resort was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The location on Eagle Beach was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable, the pools and facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about — overall a great experience.
