A infraestrutura do lugar é maravilhosa. As piscinas grandes e confortáveis. Sendo uma só para uso de adultos, que eu gostei muito. O café da manhã maravilhoso muitas opções e tudo delicioso. Os quartos grandes camas confortáveis e banheiro grande muito limpo e com muitas toalhas. A praia fica bem em frente ao hotel, e o hotel tem serviço de praia com cadeira e guarda sol, a praia é linda. o atendimento é muito bom, todos falam inglês e espanhol e são muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Só não gostei de duas coisas, uma foi que no restaurante de carne erraram o pondo da minha carne, veio mais assada do que eu pedi e a segunda coisa é que todos os preços são em dólar e nosso real está muito desvalorizado, de resto foi tudo muito bom.

Superschönes Hotel mit ordentlichen Macken.
Pros:

Neue, stylistisch wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Tolle Empfangshalle einem riesigen Schiffssalon nachgeahmt. Tolle Pools, der Eagle-Beach ist ein Traum. Fitness-Raum riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr viel freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet eines der Besten, welches ich bislang hatte. Gute Restaurants in der Anlage. Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider muss man andauernd ein Band am Armgelenk tragen. Furchtbar, dass dies in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel notwendig ist. Noch schlimmer ist die Vergabe der Strandliegen, wo das Hotel meines Erachtens völlig falsche Regeln aufstellt und die Gäste zu zahlenden Nummern degradiert. Das sind absolute No-Gos für dieae Luxus- und Preisklasse. Aruba ist zu teuer, dieses Hotel auch.

Pros:

Struttura ottima, camere grandi e molto
Pulite con servizio ottimo, personale di servizio e della spiaggia molto gentile

Cons:

Spiaggia da prenotare il giorno prima alle ore 17 in punto per avere i lettini dalle 9 alle 11. Spiaggia e piscina chiudono alle 6 di sera. all arrivo praticamente non ci hanno spiegato niente. Rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare molto

Pros:

Breakfast was very good,had alot of variety.Friendly staff.

Cons:

They don`t accept euro cash payment.Would have been better if I knew beforehand.There is a 500 dollars deposit as caution fee,was not informed before coming

Het was heerlijk en relaxt.
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig, Eagle beach aan de overkant van de weg.
Het ontbijt gaf enorm veel keus. Wel beetje gekke dingen zoals dat je extra moest betalen voor appelsap volgens de bediening.
Service was great, lobby is magnificant, heerlijke geur, je voelt je meteen relaxt.
De communicatie tussen het hotel en de restaurants is geweldig.
De restaurants gaven veel keus in verschillend eten en de zwembad bar was echt toptop!
Supergoede service op het zonnedek.

Cons:

Het was een heerlijk verblijf, maar een paar minpunten (die de pret niet drukten overigens ;-):

Er is een rookdetector in de suites, echter wanneer een hotelgast in de kamer rookt, gaan alle rookalarmen in het hele hotel af.. Dat was echt heel erg vervelend om 7h30 sochtends in je vakantie....

Verder waren de details voor een 5-sterren hotel echt goedkope keuzes; het wc papier was echt cheapycheapy, 2 -laags dat al stuk was voordat het van de rol afkwam, geen wc borsteltje, de blinderingsgordijnen zaten vol met kleine gaten (nieuw hotel!), de zonneschermen waren stuk bij een aantal ligplekjes. Maar ja, details.

They do not have enough beach chairs and some of the property is reserved for “members” and that is all very silly
