Nice location but run down
Pros:

Good location,, nice view,, nice build of the hotel

Cons:

Several lights in room didn't work, no window can be opened so you don't have a choice to do that or use the AC. The room is really stuffy with the use of it by 2 people, hardly any fresh oxygen coming in.
The AC is very cold in the lowest mode and on 23-25 degrees Celcius .
No possibility to clean the toilet bowl after use.
No clean cups in the room after use.

I didn’t like this property

Cons:

Very old property. Main entrance is between shops. Had to walk 150m from main road to hotel.
Very poor breakfast. Stale fruit juice. Booked for 2 nights. Decided to checkout after 1 night.

Pros:

The location is strategic as it is near the train station and near to major shopping complexes.
Value for money as it is cheaper compared to other hotels.
The room was near and clean.

Cons:

It is an old renovated hotel.
There is no wardrobe in the room.
They asked for a deposit but I rejected it as it was not mentioned in the policies section in the booking.com.
There was a strange sound coming when anybody uses water on your upper floor which is un-comfortable.
