Pros:

it was the second time around I stay in this property. I love the shower, kusog kau ang tubig daun hot n cold pa jud. the staffs, they were very approachable. ganahan kaayo akong anak diri nga inn. will surely choose this in the future kung makalaag mig balik.

medyo hinay ang aircon.

My transaction is close to the location.

A tiny cockroach is present, and the first room they provide has a broken light and a poorly functioning air conditioner. However, they move me to a different room.

Cons:

value for money is not good. Transferred 2 times in 10 minutes due to the room have lots of cockroaches in the walls.A/C is dusty which caused a lot of coughing during sleep

Should have been better.
Pros:

I liked the location since it is near SM City Cebu, Port, and Airport since we took a 2Go trip to Cebu and took the plane back to Manila.

Cons:

I was expecting a LOT since the photos showed me that it looks decent. But, when we got there we were absolutely disappointed. One of the rooms (Room 403) we had was so dim in both the bed area and bathroom, it did not even look like the picture. The bathroom was not even that comfortable to use since it did not have any bidet, or at least a tabo but we had to ask the staff for one. The shower has no heater, the drainage does not drain fast so it leads to overflowing. And the other room (Room 404) has a brighter bed area but super dim bathroom. The aircon was working in this room fine but in the other room it did not.

Don't waste time or money

Cons:

I have. Been staying . For more then 10 year this Is the worst stay. I have has. Here rooms. Have gone backward ..no room cleaning in. 5 day only fresh towel once and even after asking for room to be. Made up still they did not . Fridge. In room truth. This will be the last time I ever. Stay here
