Cons:

Limpeza e café da manhã fraco. Além disso, entraram em contato previamente para que cancelássemos pelo booking e pagássemos diretamente a eles, por um preço menor. Isso gerou apreensão em relação à seriedade do estacionamento.

L'emplacement idéal, la chambre spacieuse et le lit confortable. Une salle de bain assez grande aussi.

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres. Nous étions gene dès qu'un client entrait dans l'espace commun ou dans sa chambre, on a l'impression qu'il est dans la notre. De meme nous entendions les conversations et faits et gestes des voisins.

Stanza molto grande, bell’illuminazione, curata nell’arredo con affaccio su via del corso. Posizione ottima

Cons:

Acqua in camera, c’era una sola bottiglietta frizzante per due ospiti.
Migliorerei la colazione: nemmeno un frutto, cornetti duri, ciambellone che sembrava essere confezionato.

Very disappointing and misleading.
MAS Boutique Hotel Rome advertises itself as a 3-star hotel, but it is not a hotel at all. It is essentially a luxury apartment with separate en-suite rooms. There is no lobby, no restaurant, and no dedicated breakfast area.

The property is located on the second floor of an old apartment building, accessed via a very small lift, which is not what one would expect from a hotel experience.

Although breakfast is advertised, it consists only of a coffee, pastry, and sandwich delivered to the room, which is far below the standard of a 3-star hotel breakfast and feels misleading.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. The doors are very basic, with gaps, and you can hear every step, every word, and even small movements from other rooms and the apartment, making it difficult to rest.

Guests are given keys, but the reception operates only for a few hours and closes at 6:00 pm. After that, no staff are present on site, which made me feel unsafe and unsupported.

While the rooms may look modern, the property does not meet 3-star hotel standards. Guests expecting a genuine hotel experience should be aware of this before booking.
