お昼ごろ到着した際に荷物預りをした。その時は15時INなのでまた来館するよう案内された。14:50頃に来館すると、宿泊者カードを記載した人から整理券を配布していた。チェックイン前にも関わらず、その時点ですでに30組を超える待機者がいた。荷物預りのときにはそんな案内はもらっておらず、IN時間からチェックインできると聞いていたので、少し早めに到着できるように予定を組んだのに、スタッフはとても不親切。予約したときもそんな事前案内は届いていない。イベントで利用されることが多い立地だと思ったが、オペレーションはまだ改善の余地がある。また、客室の床、机にも汚れがあり、前の利用者の汚した形跡に見えた。When I arrived around noon, I left my luggage at the hotel. At that time, I was informed that check-in would start at 3:00 PM and that I should return later.
However, when I came back at around 2:50 PM, I found that numbered tickets were being distributed only to guests who had already completed the registration form. Despite it being before check-in time, there were already more than 30 groups waiting.I was not given any such information when I left my luggage earlier, and I had been told that I would be able to check in from 3:00 PM. I even arranged my schedule to arrive slightly earlier based on that understanding, so I found the staff’s handling of the situation to be quite unhelpful.There was also no prior notice about this when I made the reservation. Given that this hotel is likely to be used frequently for events due to its location, I find the operation to be very poorly managed.

Good location, noisy and expensive for what is offered
Pros:

Good location (next door to the train station)
Facilitate luggage transfers
Staff member, Joy, was very helpful in changing room. Joy went above and beyond to accommodate us to a suitable room and upgraded us to a bigger room.

Cons:

Unusual coffee and tea complementary arrangements (before 9 am and after 2 pm) - no coffee available in the room.
Ongoing noise from the train station in the rooms facing the train station.
Minimal toiletries options.
Inconsistency in staff members wanting to assist with general requests, excepted Joy, who was a life saver.
