todo muy bien lo único el control de la tv como que fallaba y las almohadas están muy altas debería haber varias opciones pero todo muy bien

Great room and deck, but far from the center

The deck was fabulous and huge

Cons:

He's a little far from downtown for our liking. When we have to take a taxi or Uber each way to get down to the main Square since it's quite a ways and it's down a steep hill to the center.

Ilo Rojo SMA - Perfecto lugar para un escape de lo cotidiano y llenarte de romanticismo.
Pros:

La tarifa cuenta con un desayuno incluido de excelente calidad y las porciones suficientes. La atencion del personal excelente y dispuestos a ofrecer su ayuda en cualquier momento. Asi tambien las instalaciones bien mantenidas, la limpieza de la habitacion y la ubicacion tan privilegiada del lugar en San Miguel de Allende, una hermosa vista panoramica de la ciudad..

Cons:

En general todo estuvo super bien, por la condicion geografica del establecimiento, el acceso a cada una de las partes del hotel requiere de esfuerzo fisico por la pendiente tan pronunciada en la que se encuentra.

Beware of this hotel! They are crooks!
Pros:

Clean rooms and the bell staff were very helpful getting luggage up and down the stairs.

Cons:

I traveled with family and the front desk staff/management screwed over my travel party by not adhering to our reservations. My brother booked (and paid for in cash at check in) a family suite with a balcony. He did not receive this room type as the hotel placed him in a standard two queen room. When we went to talk to the front desk team they were not accommodating in getting us the room we booked, nor did they offer a lower rate or refund!!!

Ótima vista e boa opção pra conhecer o centro, sem estar no centro.
Pros:

Staff do hotel bastante prestativa e atenciosa. Os quartos com varanda com vista para a cidade são realmente incríveis e valem a pena. Hotel tem estacionamento próprio e restaurante interno, o que facilita muito. Acomodações ótimas, organizado e limpo.

Cons:

A localização é excelente para ter uma vista da cidade, mas não fica exatamente centro histórico. Apesar de ser muito perto (15min caminhando) importante considerar que a volta é uma subida bastante íngrime com rua de pedras. Pessoas com idade ou problemas de saúde podem precisar fazer o trajeto de carro. Pedir Uber do hotel também demora, pois tem baixa disponibilidade por não estar no centro.

Pros:

Up-scale hotel, clean and comfy room and beds, gorgeous view. The food in hotel restaurant was great. The staff and waiters were very nice.
