Hotel cancelled our booking don't provide a checkin to the room they said they don't have the rooms and they cannot provide checkin we also call Oyo And Bookings.com for this but they can't do anything 😭 please refund our money with compensation to harrash us horribaly

nice cozy place good for 2-3 days trip
Pros:

staff was very friendly and well behaved
well cleaned rooms and food also was good

Cons:

there is no lift so senior citizens with me had difficulty to climb however post seeing the rooms they were happy
