Pros:

El servicio en el restaurante, a pesar del frío la comida y la gente excelente.

Cons:

El gimnasio decía que tenía agua para hidratarse y no fue asi.
Decía que es 24 horas, y las maquinas no estaban encendidas.
En la habitación el aire acondicionado no servía.

Necesario hospedarnos ahí, pero lo evitaría en una segunda ocasión
Pros:

Muy cuadrados en el servicio. En el restaurant se les pedía que nos dieran cosas para los niños en porciones más pequeñas y no fue posible. Ninguna modificación al menú era posible. Muchísimos moscos en el cuarto y en general, dan un repelente (mínima cantidad).

Hotel perfecto para una escapada de descanso
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, la alberca con agua templada y tener jardín para caminar.

Cons:

Como tenían varios eventos los meseros estaban muy ocupado y no nos pudieron atender en el área de alberca y room service, tuvimos que ir a pedir nuestras bebidas directo al bar.

Pros:

El edificio y las instalaciones. No pude hacer mucho uso de ellas, pero sí se me antojo estar más días. El personal del restaurante es amable y atento.

Cons:

El personal de Recepción. Les falta claramente un adecuado enfoque de servicio a los clientes. No sólo por tener que reclamar la factura 4 veces, sino tambien por su falta de amabilidad. Decepcionan.

Cons:

En la alberca nunca estuvo alguien al pendiente de nada, tuve que ir a pedir toallas, las llevaron y solo las dejaron en una mesa, indiferencia Total.
En la habitación la tv. A parte del instructivo paraanejarla sigue los pasos y completo desastre para ver la tv mal...
Personal ausente en todo momento, entiendo que llovió y tenían evento, pero solo los meseros fueron los únicos en dar buen servicio y eso por qué había que ir a comer
En fin no me gustó, pareciera que solo están para sus eventos.
