Pros:

They needed to swap out our rooms last minute but they did it fairly and offered free laundry services in exchange which we really appreciated. They also held our luggage for us a couple times when we went on overnight excursions elsewhere.

The place is nice, rooms are spacious and clean. With a market 24/7 on the ground floor.
Very friendly staff and always happy to help you!
Good value for the money and comfort.
Near a lot of local restaurants and bars.
Very close to the exhibition centre!

Cons:

If you are a tourist then the location is a bit far from the District 1, because of the traffic. But it is ok.
