Arnaque / pas digne d'un hôtel

Seulement l'emplacement

Cons:

Les deux premières nuitées on nous a donné une chambre que nous n'avons pas réservée (une chambre qui est trop petite sans chauffage et sans eau chaude). Nous sommes arrivés au bon milieu de la nuit avec un bébé de un an et ils nous ont attribué une chambre qui n'est pas digne d'un hôtel !

Pas de service de nettoyage de chambre pendant deux semaines

Une chambre qui n'est pas équipée d'une télévision

Pas de réactivité de la part du personnel

Petit déjeuner très mauvais (servi en chambre et pas consistant)

Il me disent que l'hôtel vient d'être racheté mais ce n'est pas mon problème de me raconter cette histoire

En gros, c'est une arnaque !

Pros:

De geweldige ontbijt service van gastheer/Receptie medewerker Can , Hij is echt een geweldige gozer net als zijn Koerdische collega waar ik even de naam niet van weet, jullie zijn allebei prachtige warme en gastvrije mensen en ik zal zeker nog eens terug komen naar deze accomodatie!

A horrible place, it was not the same room, they did not return my money and on top of that tried to put me in a lower room, there are no equipped kitchens and nothing to use the kitchen!

It's nothing like the photos, it's dirty, bathroom is rusty af and you share space with a roach, a few bugs and a fcking army of ants, who don't respect private space at all. It's a goddamn zoo, not an apartment.

Personnel exceptionnel et emplacement parfait !
Pros:

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait, très proche de la place Taksim, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer .

La chambre était bien et confortable. Je n’ai pas eu exactement la chambre que je voulais au départ, mais au final tout s’est bien passé et c’était correct.

Le point fort de cet hôtel reste sans hésitation le personnel : ils ont été extrêmement gentils, accueillants et toujours prêts à aider. Leur amabilité a vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.

Los dos chicos de recepción eran muy amables y atentos, eramos 3 habitaciones, 2 estaban perfectas pero una no tenia agua caliente.
Por lo demas, todo muy bien y mas por el precio que tiene. La zona era buena.

One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Absolutely horrible place to stay.

The room was dirty and did not match the photos (which were clearly taken a long time ago). The bathroom sink tap did not work. At night, cockroaches and ants were crawling around. The bathroom smelled of tobacco. The light in the hallway did not work, and it was inconvenient to go up the spiral staircase, especially since there is no elevator in the hotel. The breakfasts were very poor.
The only positives were the staff and the location.

I would also like to specifically mention Booking.com customer support.
On the very first day, I contacted them to report that the hotel was bad and asked them to contact the hotel and arrange a refund, as we wanted to leave. Throughout this time, I received only generic replies from customer support, and the issue was never resolved.

We stayed at Dreams Suites and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also convenient. We would definitely choose Dreams Suites again and highly recommend it to others.
