Excellent stay!!
Pros:

The location was excellent, with easy connections to major sights. Also, there is a large park nearby and a good selection of restaurants, shops and market in the neighbourhood. The staff were nice and helpful, and the room was a decent size and spotless. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again on our next Tokyo trip.

Cons:

Not a lot of room for suitcases in the room, but we knew that, so it didn't really bother us

Great accommodation!
Pros:

The property was clean and more spacious than what we we were expecting. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The sauna was fab, particularly on cold days! Would stay there again.

Conveniently located hotel with very small room and limited amenities, but very friendly staff.
Pros:

Conveniently located near Ueno Park and Station. Clean lobby and very friendly and helpful front desk receptionists. Check-in was very easy and nice.

Cons:

Very small rooms for 4 people with little space for 4 suitcases at a very high price. We visited in late-March during Cherry Blossom Festival, so maybe that is a very expensive time to visit Ueno Park.
