Pros:

立地が良く周りには飲食店や駅に近く不便を感じる事は無かったです。朝食付の宿泊でしたが朝食会場が空いていてゆっくり頂くことができました。

Cons:

これはホテルとは関係ないのですが近くの部屋の人が夜中に何回も部屋の出入りがあったり声がしたりその音が気になり目が覚めてしまいました。

α-1は割と推しなので機会があったらまた利用します
Pros:

コスパと利便性

あまり防音が良くなく
隣の部屋の声や音が気になる
エアコンの風量の(中）が効かなかった
ユニットが狭め
換気したいが窓が安全の為に開かない
前回宿泊した時もそうだったが
ハンガーの埃をなんとかして欲しい
と　マイナス面ばかりだが
スタッフさんはとても良いです

スタッフの方の対応が真摯だった。
また、レンタル自転車の貸し出しや
綺麗な大浴場、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりなど、細かなところで気が利いている。

観光宿泊ではないので特に言うことなし。
Pros:

朝食がホテル内で出来たこと。
以前、高岡駅前を利用していたが、ある時ホテル内で朝食が出来なくなった。
ホテルアルファーワン高岡まで行ってもらえれば出来ると言われました。
と言うことで最初からホテルアルファーワン高岡に予約しました。
テレビが部屋の広さの割には大きかった。人によっては、大きすぎるかも!?

変則連泊もあり！
Pros:

もう一度前日泊を投稿してますが、途中から連泊になった経緯があり、バイクに荷物積んでお出かけを覚悟してましたが、荷物の預かりと新しい部屋への移動を申し出てくださり助かりました。大浴場につかりレストランのスタッフさんも気さくな方で楽しく利用できました。駅前の割にはホテルの出入りも問題無くできました。

Cons:

前泊の投稿でも言ってますが、駅前の割に近場に手頃な商業施設が見当たらない。ホテルのレストランしか選択肢が無いって事くらいかな？でもホテルのレストランもリーズナブルで良いですけどね。
