"On top of the world" looking down at Mirbat. Incredible
Pros:

Pradip was very kind and made us feel very welcome. Our dinner was fine as was breakfast and we enjoyed getting up to see the sun rise. A very special moment indeed

Fabulous and interesting location.
Pros:

Fabulous location, good cheap hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Only stay here if you want this type of location as it's quite remote. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect if you are looking to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful environment
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located on a hill, making it very quiet and peaceful. The elevated view is beautiful, with a clear sea view, and it is a great place to slow down, relax, and enjoy some personal time.

Cons:

Reminder: There are no grocery stores nearby, and the nearest restaurant is about a 30-minute drive away. It is important to buy everything you need before coming up to the hotel.
I got everything i need before i check-in so it's not an issue to me.

Pros:

What a beautiful place in the mountains and what a view. We had a little balcony facing the cliff, a great spot for birdwatching. It was cloudy, so we have to come back! ;-)

Pros:

Die Leute machen die Unterkunft aus. Chandra und Pradeep sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie machen alles, damit man sich wohlfühlt.
Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, hier kann man toll entspannen.

Cons:

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten da, abends wurde es sehr frisch, mit guter Kleidung ists aber schön.

Pros:

Byli jediní návštěvníci hotelu. Manažér se o nás s skvěle postaral a uvařil na přání skvělou večeři. Pohodlný pokoj s krásným výhledem do údolí. Hotel je na vrcholu kopce

Very helpful staff, nice hotel at an amazing place that cannot be competed with.
Pros:

Good extensive breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff who will do anything for you. It's an amazing location right at the edge of Jabal Samhan, with breathtaking views over the lower lands down the cliff and the city of Mirbat, which magically lights up in the distance at night. Probably the only hotel in the region or even the country at a location like this one.

Cons:

There could be more electricity outlets in the room and there should definitely be a kettle, so you can make your own coffee and tea. Or, since the price per night is already quite high, it would not be so bad to offer free coffee and tea to guests 24/7 in the restaurant. But, to be fair, we got a thermos full of hot water upon request. Also, at night, there are huge bright lights around the hotel that light up everything, so you can't really enjoy the night sky.
