Excellent location walking distance to lovely restaurants and stunning pool area.
Staff are always welcoming and go above and beyond.
Have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and am never disappointed keep coming back.

Pros:

All the working stuff were absolutely so kind. Cleaning team, reception, security. Thanks to all. They make you feel you are special.
Hotel has an amazing entrance walkway that I am sure you all will fall in love with.
There is enough space for your lagguages and clothes.
There is a safe box too.
Room was very spacious and there were even umbrella placed.
Internet was quite fast and stable.
There is a dedicated working space and little refrigerator.
Amazing location. Very reasonable price & quality balance.
There is a special spa & massage service too.
You can rent motorbike from the hotel.
They also offer transfer service.
There is a dedicated motorbike parking spaces in front each room.
Rooms are noise proof.
If you ask for something they do it immediately. Very high customer satisfaction we have witnessed.
Bed was comfy enough. There is a bidet at the toilet. Tea, coffee, water etc. and enough toiletries, shampoo, soap, towels are provided.

Cons:

This is a nightmare for smokers. It doesn't stay at the booking windows that this is a non smoker's hotel. If you are a smoker do not book this place.
Absolutely there is no mosquito shield at any windows and doors. It is so hard to understand why it is like that as there are million types of bugs and flies out there. There is no protection against it.
No place to hang your wet towels / washed clothes.
On our room bathroom sink was far from the tab so each time we wash our hands it was water allover.
AC was definately the worst thing at the room. It is not possible to adjust it. You can only on and off. Needs to be changed ASAP.
Hotel food was under the expectations.
I wish they would also place a shoehorn and hotel slippers too. But it ain't big deal.

Pros:

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were lovely as usual and we didn't realise it was a non-smoking property but it was actually really nice to be by the pool and not have it smell like cigarette.

Cons:

The footpath to get to the hotel is really really long so we never just went for a walk but instead took a grab everywhere. The breakfast is super limited so I wouldn't bother adding it as we got sick of it very fast.

Nice but needs alot of work!
Pros:

This place has lots of potential. The staff were amazing , the facilities were spacious and a very nice layout. The only thing thisnplace needs is some tender loving care. A remodel will make this place top notch. The staff and the pool was the best part of this stay.

Cons:

I had a group of 10, I am a travel agent and my job was to make sure they were comfortable. Two of my guest had to change rooms. The air conditioner kept going out in one room and the mattress was like concrete in the other room. The room with the hard mattress also had bad plumbing with the shower drain constantly backing up.

Im my personal room, the bathroom had a constant odor and they just left a can of spray to mask the odor. The odor seemed like it was bad plumbing or something.

This issue is totally an ownership issue and had nothing to do with the staff. The staff were 1000% attentive and did all they could.

The last issue, I rented the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor only to get there and there were no elevators. This should be mentioned in the description in bold for sure.

One last thing, you can tell the place has just been painted over , there are obvious cracks and revealed areas all over. Patch work with hidden issues.

I would love to see this place after the owner invest in it.

I was able to spend a very quiet time. There is also a space to expand the suitcase. Since there is a desk, you can also use a laptop.

Cons:

It's dark with little lighting. The pool was not perfectly clean, so I didn't feel like swimming.

The laundry service is the worst. The staff disguises the weight. I measured exactly 1 kilogram myself in advance and gave it to the staff. When I went to get it, I was told it was 2 kilos. I protested, but it didn't work. I used a scale on the spot to show that it was 1 kilo, but they were not convinced. I was told that it had been heavy because it was wet with sweat. There can't be a kilogram of sweat. Moreover, I measure it before handing it over.

They showed me a picture of 2 kilos, but only a picture of the scale, not what was on it. In that case, it doesn't have to be my clothes, and it doesn't matter if it's a 2-kilogram block of iron on it. It's 30000Rp/1kg, so it's a lot of money, but the problem is the sadness of being depreted rather than a money problem. If you use the laundry service, we recommend that you first check the weight in front of the staff.
