Hôtel bien situé. Proche de Alona Beach. Le personnel est très sympathique et agréable. Toujours disponible pour vous aider. Très belle piscine

The room is fantastic. Living room and separate bedroom. Very unique. The fans are strong. The aircon is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are great. The pool is an added benefit and perfect for exercising. Location is amazing on a quiet road but very close to everything
Bring your own food and alcohol. The beers are 120 pesos
As a local Foreigner living on island, I recommend this as a staycation or a destination short-term or long-term rooms

Cons:

The hot water heater can be turned to temperature number three but it will flip the breaker and turn off in about 5 minutes in room number five. Not a major issue because on number two hot water is decently

In the morning they don't tell the bread guy to turn off his speaker. So for 15 minutes he will scream on the loudspeaker selling bread with cheese

Pros:

Очень большие просторные номера. На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки.
Большая терраса с мебелью. Есть две вешалки для сушки одежды.
Красивая и ухоженная территория, чистый бассейн.
Во время нашего отдыха в отеле была занята половина номеров, но не было ощущения, что на территории много людей. Комнаты расположены таким образом, что сохраняется приватность.
Дайверы в бассейне нам не мешали, они приезжали не каждый день и плавали недолго.
Прибирают очень хорошо, персонал приятный и улыбчивый.

Cons:

Отель находится далеко от всего. Нужен либо байк, либо придётся выходить на главную дорогу и ловить трицикл.
В ванных нет сетки на окне, окно приходится закрывать, когда уходишь, в ванной стоит сильный запах плесени.

Прекрасное место для проживания.
Pros:

Все!! Просто потрясающие аппарты и приветливый персонал. Спрашивают сами когда убрать и согласуют время. Бассейн шик, чистота, просторные номера. Почти самое лучшее место на филлипинах по сервису и состоянию.

Overall a great place to stay for short or long-term we will be here for up to 3 months. I highly recommend it.

As we’re staying for over a month not enough cupboard space in the kitchen nor is there any exhaust fan for cooking? We bought an induction top to cook out on the balcony.

Read to the end❗️We arrived at 2 AM and we got a very dirty and smelly room. There was no hands soap or hand towels and the sink in the bathroom was rusty (I got electrical shock from it). The day after we talked to the staff and they moved us to another room which was cleaned properly and they really paid attention for our concerns and made sure everything is ok and that we’re satisfied :)
We booked for 7 nights but we stayed for 11.
The staff was very nice, helpful and kind🫶

Two more things, there is a scuba diving course using the pool almost every morning which is very unpleasant since the pool is occupied by non-guests.
The location is a bit far away from the center but it’s like 10 mins ride with a bike

Overall, it’s good value for money and the room is very big and comfortable.
