Important information:

The property will be renovating from 9 April to 31 March 2027, the exterior will be affected but works will only take place during working hours, and every effort will be made to minimise the noise and disturbance.

Please note that the Polurrian Hotel does not accept American Express to guarantee a booking or for payment.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Absolutely fantastic stat from start to finish. We will be back 100%
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. The setting is stunning. It has a beautiful and relaxed feel. The staff are so polite and super friendly. We had our dog with us and he was welcomed too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The views are breathtaking.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I could fault. The pool is small but they are building new facilities

Enjoyable stay. Great location. A few areas for improvement.
Pros:

The location was amazing with an excellent outside area to relax and enjoy the view.

Cons:

I feel the food quality and options could be improved. The breakfast was good but we only ate once in the restaurant in the evening.
One thing I think would be good to have is a welcome sheet with details of wifi, dining times, contact numbers for reception etc. in your room on arrival.

Leider ist das Jaus gleichzeitig eine Großbaustelle, die Sanitäranlagen veraltet und das Personal teilweise nicht besonders aufmerksam. Ich hatte mehr erwartet

amazing place
Pros:

The location is fantastic, at the top hill looking over the sea. the hotel building is remarkable and it will be even more once they finish the upgrades in the adjacent area. Large lounge area with view on the coast, same for the restaurant.
I haven't used the fitness area and swimming pool but I had a walk around and found them reasonable.
The breakfast was really worth it: there is a continental buffet (best yogurt I have ever had) and they take requested for your cook breakfast.

Cons:

The room and the part of the hotel was in it, they look a bit tired, I hope it will get a revamp once the annex work will be finish.
Evening meal in the restaurant not really great, and the service didn't stop once to ask how was the meal, that's a bit of let down on the overall great experience.

Cons:

Die Getränke bei dem Abendessen wurden immer sehr spät gebracht und vor allem wurde während dem Essen keine Getränke angeboten, das ist ärgerlich wenn man Durst hat!
