Service was slow on occasions, this was not the fault of the staff as some were working in more than one area. The staff were very apologetic when service took longer than it should.

This wasn't our first time here, and even despite the hotel's expansion (which we were informed about in advance), our stay was wonderful.
The bar had a good selection of cocktails and delicious food. There were also plenty of board games, a pool room, and air hockey.
The Wi-Fi signal was very weak in places.
Stayed in a villa. Decor was lovely, villa well equipped. Fab hotel with stunning location. Building works that are happening until April 2027 did not affect our staym

Great sea views from our room and had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was again superb and plentiful. All the staff we met were fantastic, polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back again, for another relaxing stay.
Supervision at the swimming pool could have been better, 2 large families over stayed their allotted time, in both the pool and jacuzzi causing other guests and ourselves to lose a considerable amount of our allotted time whilst waiting for them to vacate the pool area.

Informed when I made restaurant reservation that I may hear some slight noise for to building work. However, the extent of work was not communicated. I queried this with the reception upon departure and they pushed the blame onto their contractor staying they'd ask them to update the hotel webpage. To my mind this was an abject failure of the Hotel Management team to be open and transparent. Issues: Views disrupted, gardens partially closed off. Also eating breakfast with a industrial drill which sounded like it was about to break through the restaurant floor (for 20 minutes at 08:30am was not what we expected. Also the food was average to poor, choice poor, quality poor. W
The staff were sweet and helpful. The location was stunning. The rooms were clean and of decent size.
The rooms were considerably hot. We were made aware of the works going on at the property and despite them starting at a reasonable hour, it was still quite disruptive of a morning. The noise of the works was a shame and sadly was an eyesore to the beautiful view and surroundings. I do think the rooms and the building in general could do with some love and updating.
We had a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise.
The cocktails were delicious, staff very friendly.
Service was quite slow, waiting staff didn’t seem to know much about the menu. Also seemed quite short staffed, not sure if that was because of it being a bank holiday. Room was quite hot, luckily there was a fan provided.

I booked this hotel for my mum for her 60th, I told them it was her 60th and no effort was made for her. I have booked this hotel for my brother and his wife before and they loved it but clearly the place has gone down since then. Mums review-
The food was awful. Due to the location of the hotel there isn't many options of places to go and eat. We ate at the hotel in the evening, i had a steak which was clearly braising steak and not sirloin as it said on the menu. It was so hard and chewy that I didn't eat any of it. The overall service was slow and noone checked on us throughout the meal despite clearly seeing that neither of us had eaten any of our steaks. When someone finally came over there was no offer of anything to make up for this such as cooking us a different main and we were still charged the full amount.
We went to the pool which when we got there we were told you are only allowed 30 minutes, despite there being noone else around to use the facilities, this rule might make sense in the height of summer but not at the end of April.
The breakfast was just as bad as the meal. The poached eggs were hard all the way through and had clearly been made in bulk then reheated. The mushrooms were so watery they covered the bottom of the plate and had lost most flavour, the sausages were grisly, the bacon was solid to the point you could snap it in half with your fingers. We also left this. We were glad we were just staying for one night otherwise we would've starved for the duration of however long the stay would've been.
Wir waren 5 Tage zu dritt in einer der villas und diese schönen 3 Schlafzimmer Apartments waren sehr confortable und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause und hatten alle Annehmlichkeiten (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, microwave, etc.)sehr zu empfehlen, auch mit Kindern!
