Pros:

The location is good shopping eating easy to find almost everything you need

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like is the hallway smell smoke all the times even my room can smell the smoke too
This is a non smoking hotel I think they should control and make sure no one smoking in the public area

Pros:

La Ubicacion exelente exelente!!! shoping y mercados enfrente del hotel , la habitacion grande, buena cama, buenas cortinas para oscurecer la habitacion, piso 7 no se escucha la calle.- el desayuno 8 puntos el personal 10 puntos.- Hay donde lavar la Ropa con lavadoras modernas y un lugar muy lindo para trabajar.-
Es de destacar que el checking lo hicimos 10,30 hs y el checkout a las 14 exelente!!!!
Volveremos sin duda

Cons:

La Habitacion tiene el baño separado por un cristal, no tiene extractor, hacer caca es dar a conocer nuestros olores, no tiene bibet ni duchita para lavarse la cola, los ruidos de nuestros vecinos eran como compartir con ellos, se levantaban al baño a las 6 de la mañana y no sabemos por que tiraban la cadena varias veces.- conversaban cuando hacian de las suyas, lo traduciamos con el traductor y nos divertiamos con eso.-
el desayuno bastante normal , bien chino pero pasable al fin.- muy mala la tostadora, la maquina de cafe extremadamente lenta, no hay tazas, desayunar en un vaso de carton no esta bien, no ponen cucharitas pequeñas.- tonterias faciles de solucionar.- Volveria a ir con mi taza y mis cucharitas!!

Sehr gute Lage, schönes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage ist super, der Blick aus unserem Zimmer im 9 Stock war auch sehr schön

Cons:

Das Fitness Center besteht nur aus drei Geräten, die in der Bibliothek aufgestellt sind.

Cons:

Smoke everywhere. Corridors, some rooms, lobby toilet. Insufficient washing machine/dryers. Check in time supposed to be 1500hr but rooms not ready!

Pros:

I arrived there with a bad flu. One of the staff there, a sweet and kind young woman, noticed my illness and brought me hot ginger tea!!!! Melted my heart with kindness and I will never forget that gesture of kindness. I will book there at every opportunity in the future. The facility is amazing!
