Smoke everywhere. Corridors, some rooms, lobby toilet. Insufficient washing machine/dryers. Check in time supposed to be 1500hr but rooms not ready!

All good beside the hotel entrance.
I arrived there with a bad flu. One of the staff there, a sweet and kind young woman, noticed my illness and brought me hot ginger tea!!!! Melted my heart with kindness and I will never forget that gesture of kindness. I will book there at every opportunity in the future. The facility is amazing!

Room was very comfortable, and had a plush feel which was very positive.
There could be more seating in the lobby area. Toilets in the lobby area was not so nice.
