Worse hotel I hv stayed.

The location was great...

Cons:

Nothing else apart from location was good. Water from shower area was leaking into the toilet area. Got the room changed...
That room,the water in the handbasin was not flowing out..tv was not working and the worse was cockroach was flying in the room. Not only that,the carpet was sooo dirty, pillows were pre-war. Sorry to say, nothing was good about this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has a great location, but better maintenance and customer service are needed.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the main area, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions.

Cons:

I stayed at Centre of Main Hotel last weekend with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

The main issue was the air conditioner. It wasn't cold enough, making the room very hot, especially at night. My family had a difficult time sleeping because of the heat.

I contacted the receptionist three times, from the evening until late at night, to report the problem. Each time, I was told that the maintenance team would come to check and fix the air conditioner. However, no one ever came, and the issue was never resolved during our stay.

I was very disappointed with how this was handled. Better maintenance service and follow-up are needed to ensure guests are comfortable. I hope the hotel improves its response to guest complaints in the future.
