Pros:

Lokasi tengah bandar, tak sesak. Harga sangat mampu milik.

Cons:

Lobi area sangat panas ya, tak ada penghawa dingin. Dalam bilik pun sama, lambat sejuk. Sejuk pun tak betul2 sejuk. Cadar seperti tak bertukar sebab bai minyak rambut & perfume orang.

Bien situé
Pros:

Emplacement très central. Bonne literie. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement si il y a de la place. Mais ce n'est pas gagné!
Il y avait un plateau bouilloire avec du thé et du café ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau.

Cons:

La salle de bain était délabrée: moisissures sur les murs et le plafond. La chasse d'eau qui ne se remplissait pas ou si peu.
On n'a pas apprécié le petit-déjeuner. Mais peut-être on est arrivés trop tard.

The property has potential but needs serious maintenance work and a proper clean.
Pros:

Location is solid, walkable to decent eateries and close to essentials. Parking's included, which is convenient, and the Kuantan views from the room are genuinely nice.

Cons:

Everything else falls short. The place feels neglected. Bathroom door is deteriorating, the space itself is cramped (not workable for anyone larger), and there's visible dirt on the carpet that needed attention. One side of the bed has no bedside table. Pillows are flat and worn. Even the basement parking, which should be a win but smells of urine, which sours the whole experience.

The only area that doesn't look tired is the lobby.
