Amazing pool, 10/10
Pros:

Excellent location! Unit had everything that you would need including a washing machine and a dryer! The pool is amazing! The bed was super comfortable. Parking was super easy. Very happy and will definitely recommend. The host was also very helpful 10/10!

Cons:

The fold out couch was very uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on springs. The head of the bed wouldnt stay up.

Sheets, pillows and blankets had a bad smell. I had to wash the sheets and pillow cases to be able to sleep on them.

A little more effort would not go astray.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times. Never in a privately owned room. The location and views are amazing.

Cons:

When I booked it stated early check in and late check out. This was never offered to me at all, when I was given instructions on how to check in, it stated multiple times to not be early or check out late as we will upset the cleaner and we will have to pay a fee. I did request late check out, after 6 hours I received a reply that I can only stay until 11.30am. With the high cost I expected at least to receive the basic items in the room. There was no hand soap, no shampoo, no garbage bags, no bathroom floor towel, only 2 bath towels and 1 face wash for my daughter and myself. The carpet on the floor near the balcony door was soaking wet. There was only 1 key card in the lock box after I was told there would be 2, the host stated that the previous guest lost it in the room. The whole night I was terrified that someone would come in the room using the lost key. My rate included parking in the secure hotel carpark, the door was jammed and was told by staff to park overnight in the public carpark. When we arrived the toilet had not been flushed, which was rather disgusting. I know some of these things may sound petty, but you expect a certain standard when you are paying a lot of money for 1 night midweek.

Need to find better option for key access and parking to accomodate all size vehicles
Pros:

It was very stressful at the beginning could not use the car park as car was too large. Had to find the bike rack outside carpark to get the key, that was stressful as I have a bad back and injured knee. So getting the actual key was a nightmare. The room its self was lovely and cosy and clean.

A lovely and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The ocean view was absolutely stunning and truly worth the money, with a great location close to restaurants and the city centre. Communication with the host was smooth and comfortable.

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn’t affect the overall experience.

Great disappointment very over priced.
Pros:

The view was the one positive of our stay.

Cons:

Finding the lock box, accessing the car park, no towel or bed cover for the third person, no bath mat, no dish cloth, microwave had a coin inside, sofa bed very uncomfortable, we expected 2 double beds, very over priced & over rated on web site, thought the room was part of a modern hotel complex, restaurant never open.
Extremely disappointing!
