This hotel is located in the new part of Kashgar, not the old town.
Pros:

Comfortable!

Cons:

The name is misleading. The "approval bureau" for trips to Tashkurgan is actually quite far from the hotel.

Very comfortable but with some failings.
Pros:

Very comfortable room and hotel with new vibe. Location a bit out but taxis can take you anywhere within 15 minutes (old city 10 minutes, train station 15 minutes, Wanda Plaza - with Pizza Hut, KFC and BurgerKing - 7 minutes). Very good complimentary laundry room.

Cons:

No safe in the room. No fridge in the room. Curtains opened and closed fully automatically - I prefer partially open at night so this wasn't convenient to me. Staff at the front desk tried to help but it was sometimes a struggle as they knew little or no English. Breakfast was very much a Chinese affair - chopsticks only, no knives snd forks, and it got noisy and chaotic when the tour groups were there.

The staff doesn’t understand a word of English. When they came to clean the room they didn’t take away empty glasses or cup or empty the ashtray , so they should improve this

Pros:

Staff - all excellent, helpful, and friendly. I speak mandarin as a second language and both the Han and Uighur staff went out of the way to make sure we understood each other. It’s a very relaxed place, far enough from the historic touristic downtown to be peaceful and close enough to taxi back-and-forth easily enough. The small but adequate room suited my needs, and I worked out her on a daily basis. The lobby offers complementary juices or long and quality coffee drinks from a state of the yard coffee maker. They complementary daily breakfast is quite acceptable, offering both Asian and western choices. I took on my dinners nightly at the restaurant. Very relaxed with good service and a first election both western and Eastern dishes. A piano player sings, soothing dinner, music. Later in the evening, it turns into a bit of a karaoke or a dance, depending upon the customers choice..

Cons:

Nothing to really complain about actually.
