Dirty room & they charged more
Inside bathroom no hanger for clothes same was broken towel given one whereas for two people should have two piece hotel actual name is Levante but in booking.com it is mentioned super capital o Levante which one is not showing in Google maps we face too much difficult to find hotel after roaming here n there food cost in hotel is very high also not allowing outside food this is not acceptable cold water inside wash basin is not coming management should check all these defects n rectify to get good reviews

The beds are too hard.

There was no water bottle in the room. I need to pay for the one. A 20rs bottle was of 29 rs. No utensils were provided to havey own food. They said i need to buy from their restaurant to get the utensils. Worst experience.
