Als uitvalsbasis om Locarno te ontdekken prima, maar voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn of kleine kinderen hebben minder

Centrale locatie

Cons:

Locatie zit midden aan het plein van het oude centrum en daardoor met de auto slecht bereikbaar. Dat is bij aankomst en vertrek niet fijn. Betaalbare parkeergarage zit op halve kilometer afstand waardoor je moet sjouwen met je bagage. Het digitale inchecken en ontvangst van de digitale kamersleutel verliep ook stroef. Kwam uiteindelijk goed, maar wel veel heen en weer mailen. Uiteindelijk maar gebeld op de dag van aankomst.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch grosszügig. das Self Check in funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cons:

Ein Fixleintuch fehlte und wurde trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht gebracht (obwohl das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurde und es ja auffällt wenn ein Bett kein Bezug hat...) Das Frühstück ist zwar i.O. (Basics: Brot, Kaffe, Konfitüre, Honig etc) jedoch gibt es kein Buffet. Man muss für alles separat nachfragen, das Personal hat eigentlich gar keine Zeit, da es draussen noch die Terrasse bedienen muss. Daher fühlt an sich jedesmal auch etwas unangenehm wenn man für alles (Butter, Brot, Kaffee, usw) nachbestellen muss. Und dann wartet man gerne 5-10 Minuten und bis dahin fehlt einem dann schon das Nächste. Besonders bei mehr als 2 Personen... Etwas ungünstig gelöst.

Zimmerausstattung war tipp topp. Alles da und sauber. Nahe vom Bahnhof und Mitten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Hotel ohne Personal, Hilfe bekommt man im Restaurant vor dem Hotel (selbe Kette). Eingang ist versteckt und nicht sehr ansprechbar. Zimmer hatte Aussicht/ Fenster in einen Schacht (Innenhof kann man das nciht nennen), aber trotzallem nicht wirklich ruhig.

Stanza pulitissima e confortvole, il sistema di self check in e chiave sul cellullare è comodissimo. Lo staff del ristorante è super disponibile e ci hanno anche tenuto la valigia prima del soggiorno.

Wunderbares Boutiquehotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer mit einer fantastischen Fensterfront, die zum Balkon führte. Das Bad war toll designt, sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das gesamte Interieur war klasse, man fühlte sich äußerst wohl.
Wir würden dieses Boutiquehotel immer wieder nehmen, wenn wir in Locarno wären.

Pros:

Sehr zentral und extrem freundliches Personal. Obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen hatte, wurde uns trotzdem noch eine sehr leckere Pizza gebacken. Auch das Tartar ist sehr zu empfehlen! Frühstück mit Käse, Schinken und Croissants draußen auf der Sonnenterrasse.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster in einen Innenhof mit schlechter Belüftung. Die Gerüche der Küche im EG kamen durchs Treppenhaus und durch den Hof. Zimmer und Bad i.O.
