Kurzaufenthalt mit herrlichen Möglichkeiten für tägliche Ausflüge
Pros:

Sensationelle Lage mit 3 grossen Fenstern und 2 kleinen Balkonen in Richtung Platz. Gutes serviertes Frühstück.

Cons:

Früh morgens um 6 Uhr ist etwas klein dimensioniertes Reinigungsfahrzeug unterwegs und saugt den Platz sauber. Hin und Her und immer wieder Hin und Her. Etwas nervig - ausser am Sonntag!

Perfect location, loved the decoration.
Pros:

Lovely little boutique hotel that was recently very tastefully renovated. Loved the bathroom and the art in the bedroom. :-) The staff were super friendly, and the keyless checking worked very well. The location is perfect.

Cons:

The breakfast was nice; a few more vegan options would have been appreciated.

UNICA PECCA IL RISCALDAMENTO CHE ESSENDO CON INVERTER NON ERA SUFFICIENTE ALLE DIMENSIONI DELLA CAMERA E NON PRESENTE IN BAGNO, DUNQUE A GENNAIO AVREI PREFERITO UN PO' PIU' DI TEPORE , ALMENO IN BAGNO , PER DORMIRE ANDAVA ANCHE BENE E IL PIMINO ERA BELLO CALDO. IN OGNI CASO CONSIGLIO LA STRUTTURA RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO OTTIMO.

Sehr preiswert und zentral gelegen, für einen Aufenthalt von ein oder zwei Nächten geeignet.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen zwischen Bahnhof und Piazza Grande. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal (im Restaurant, da keine Rezeption)

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ohne Aussicht und trotzdem relativ lärmig. Tauben waren nervig und haben den Aussenbereich verkotet. Der Hoteleingang (Korridor) beim Kiosk ist wenig einladend, dieser dürfte aufgehübscht werden, auch wenn er nicht direkt zum Hotel selber gehört. Die Kennzeichnung des Eingangs vor Ort dürfte auch noch besser sein.

Super schön!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig umd sauber.
Das Badezimmer sehr gross, sauber, Handtücher und Föhn vorhanden. TV im Zimmer. Sehr zentral, aber schön ruhig im Zimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nichts auszusetzen!

Locatie goed, omstandigheden eromheen niet positief.

De sfeer op de kamers en het vriendelijke personeel!

Cons:

Er was iedere dag van ‘s morgens vroeg tot ‘s avonds laat - hard geluid, omdat ze bezig waren met het opbouwen van het filmfestival. Hierover zijn we vooraf niet geïnformeerd.

De suite werd niet schoon gemaakt en de ontbrekende spullen niet aangevuld. We hebben hierover gemaild. Eerst kwam er geen reactie, later wel en kregen we als excuses een drankje aangeboden, toen we al weg waren!

Positiver Aufenthalt im Hotel, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wird serviert und ist reichhaltig. Die Suite angenehm und grosszügig. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es war für mich ungewohnt mit I Phone Zimmer zu öffnen und keine bediente Reception zu haben. Bei Fragen kann man ein Telefon benutzen oder das Personal fragen.
