Das Personal sowie die Sauberkeit waren top. Unkompliziertes Check-in und Kommunikation

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmer, eine Flasche Wasser sind glaube ich nicht zu viel verlangt. So wie das Frühstück. Kein Gipfeli, Brötchen, Aufschnitt und Käse mehr obwohl wir um 9.10 am Buffet waren ( Frühstück Zeiten 7.00 - 10.30)

Cons:

Unpersönlicher, unprofessioneller Empfang. Verständigung auf Deutsch kaum möglich. Online Checkin funktioniert nicht bzw. ist dem Personal unbekannt.
Zimmerreinigung unzureichend (Bad wurde 3Tage nicht gesaugt).
Schneeräumung unzureichend (vereiste Flächen), Gummimatten auf Eingangstreppe verrutschen (Stolpergefahr).

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat gute Auswahl. Die Matratze war für mich sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Türen von den Nachbarn werden zugeknallt. Schade für die ruhige Lage des Hotels.

Wir waren schon mehrmals Gäste im Hotel Strela und fühlen uns wohl dort.
Pros:

Empfang, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Zimmer, Frühstück incl. Frühstücksraum, Aufenthaltsraum, Lage, usw.

Cons:

Keine näheren Hotelinformationen, weil der QR-Code lediglich eine nicht verfügbare Seite zeigte.
Es wäre schön, wenn im Zimmer die wichtigsten Informationen über Frühstück, Check-out, Einlass Haupteingang nachts, W-Lan etc. auch im Ausdruck aufliegen würden, da die Reception nicht immer besetzt ist.

War sehr schön.
Pros:

Um 10.00 gab es kein Kornbrot mehr und vom Käse gab es auch nur noch wenig . Aber sonst war alles gut.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer gab es auf dem Teppichboden vor dem Bett einen sehr grossen Fleck, das störte mich. Sonst alles gut.
