Great breakfast with an especially fresh and tasty fruit salad. Everything smart and clean. They provided a gluten fee sauce for supper - thank you

Cons:

Soggy and tasteless gluten free bread compared to other German hotels. The sauna price was really high and the towels there totally inadequate. We were told by Booking.com that our room would be an upgrade - if it was the basic offer must heave been a shoebox!

L'architecture du bâtiment est très agréable et les chambres du 2ème étage vraiment confortables et chaleureuses.
Petits défauts: dans la chambre du 216 une ampoule au plafond ne fonctionnait pas et il manquait une petite poubelle dans le coin lavabo et le miroir de maquillage devrait être un peu resserré sur son axe; sinon la chambre était parfaite.
Le repas du soir délicieux et le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et très bon.
Merci à toutes les équipes. Nous avons déjà recommandé votre hôtel à nos enfants et à des amis.

Nice hotel for stopover on our way to Austria

- nice hotel in village Zusmarshausen just of the highway A8 (on our way to Austria)
- room with good beds and shower (except ventilator)
- nice restaurant
- excellent breakfast
- price/quality is good

Cons:

- ventilation in the bathroom didnt shutdown on demand (took 30mins to auto shutdown). hotel acted correclty and offered another room but then the ventilator shutdown so was not needed anymore

Insgesamt ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt und auch das Abendessen lassen uns gerne wiederkommen!
Pros:

Wir hatten nur 1 Nacht gebucht und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir vor der egtl check-in-Zeit eintrafen und bekamen auf Wunsch ein Zimmer zur Straße, welches sehr geräumig war (auch wenn man mit mehr Gepäck anreist) dank lichtundurchlässiger Vorhänge, sehr guter Betten und der Schallschutzfenster konnten wir sehr gut schlafen!
Im ganzen Hotel- und Restaurantbereich war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Wir kamen kurz vor 9 Uhr zum Frühstück und die Eierspeisen waren schon kalt, aber auf Bestellung bekamen wir dann frisches Spiegelei!
Und es wurde schon um 1/2 10 h kein Brot mehr nachgelegt! Ansonsten entsprach es dem Preis

Pros:

Goede bedden, fantastisch verbouwd hotel, mooie materialen gebruikt en ook nog gezellig ingericht. Historisch pand in centrum. Wij waren daar op een rustig moment zonder feesten, etc.
Goede keuken en prima ontbijt.
Parkeren op het terrein

Cons:

De trappen zijn met oog voor design ontworpen, maar wat extra leuningen voor oudere mensen zouden op zijn plaats zijn: vooral in restaurantgedeelte met smalle treden.
