The rooms had a foul smell from the carpets and the facilities were minimal for the price paid.
Pros:

The location and the parking on premises was good!

Cons:

We were given a room initially and upon staying there for a few hours, we couldn’t stand the smell and we were accommodated into a different room when asked. But the door locking system didn’t feel secure. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

What you expect for this price point
Pros:

Great location and what you would expect for a motel of this level.

Cons:

Def could be much cleaner. Needed to request a new kettle cause it was full of dirt. Bathroom was mouldy and not very clean

Pros:

We had room 42 with lovely view over the gardens from the veranda. It was comfortable and clean. It's a big old conference centre located in a wooded part of Warburton. It's a 10 minute walk to the cafes. Good parking and we were able to keep our bicycles safe.

Cons:

On a previous stay we had room 56 in a different part of the centre. It had a very musty smell on arrival. It improved with all the windows opened.

We would not recommend it or return. I don't usually write reviews.
Cons:

Lady at reception could barely speak English. We were first allocated an upstairs room after requesting downstairs (we are in our 80s) We were then given a room with very basic amenities and 4 bunks. I had booked a double bed with kitchen facilities etc. Finally given a 'motel' unit that was very basic - no table and chairs for breakfast/meal, kitchen and bathroom area were on top of each other (very cramped space) Little crockery etc provided. Uneven ground outside room. Had to park car a long way from room and negotiate several steps to get to room. (It was raining) It looked like it had been renovated, but no thought had gone into improving amenities. However, bed was comfortable and view was nice.

Certainly not the best i've stayed in and up there with the worst
Pros:

The proximity to town was ok , the shower was hot, the reverse cycle was warm. the bed was relatively comfortable.

Cons:

There was no option of Breakfast, in fact there wasn't an option for anything by the looks of it.
the motel is very run down, the room wasn't clean there was an assortment of belongings and dust bunny's under the bed looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while, the bathroom was moldy, the shower dirty, empty loo rolls on the floor Tiles coming off the wall, and this is a premium deluxe room??? the motel seems to have a fair number of lets say full time residents, living there
