Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. View sông Nam Khan mát mẻ.
Ngay phía sau villa là phố cổ.

Kein Fenster im Zimmer. Die Doppeltür könnte man als Fenster zählen, doch daran gehen andere Gäste vorbei.

Nice Namkan river view
Pros:

Location anywhere in the LP centre is so easy that no surprise all hotels get a top rating for location including this one. Good breakfast (which bigger eaters can top up at various outlets like the close by morning market if needed). Best is the seating and table outside every room overlooking the Nam kan river which is somewhat best compared to other hotels. Room is bigger than expected and works great. Easier access to the back side of the main strip / street for exploring other places.

Cons:

This place should normally get a 10 rating, but mild ding as it doesn't have a proper common reception area. Staff are helpful and somewhat responsive, but 1. laundry came back end of day crumpled (some other hotels do it in house, and quicker), and 2. taxi price quoted for train was initially too high ahd the shared van option was only offered later, and still higher than the next hotel (which had a receptionist) so I went there instead to catch the minivan for the train. Would still give this a good rating though, but it misses a 10.

Pros:

Loved staying here booked for 5 nights and extended another 4! Comfy bed, good sized room, separate toilet and shower, TV and fridge and the unforgettable breakfast experience right outside your door looking over at the river. Great location. The property also looked after our big backpacks for 3 nights while we travelled up to Nong Khiaw and Muang Ngoy.

So, it's a yes for me!
Pros:

Right on the banks of the Nam Khan River, and minutes from the attractions in town like the Royal Palace, Mt Phousi, night and morning markets, cruises, cafes and restaurants, this place was ideal. They served a lovely breakfast to order, so met all my needs. The bed was super comfy and the staff were very friendly. One morning, served breakfast earlier than scheduled because I was going on a day trip to the waterfalls, so yes for me!

Pros:

Έχει ωραία θέα στο ποτάμι , μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις έξω στο μπαλκόνι και το ποιο σημαντικό είναι κοντά σε όλα . Πολύ καλό πρωινό και καθαρό δωμάτιο .

Pros:

The room was nice, facilities were clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but very nice and convenient. The location is great, you have river views from the rooms. The main street of the old quarter is just a quick walk. The staff also let us keep our luggage outside of the room when we checked out, as our flight was at 5pm.

ルアンパバーンの情緒を感じる場所
Pros:

スタッフの方のほどよい距離感
ナイトマーケットからは少し離れているので、その手の騒がしさはない
ナムカム川沿いで托鉢場所からも飲食店からも近い
設備はそれほど新しくないものの、趣があり、部屋は清潔

Cons:

道路沿いの為、車やバイクの音はかなりする
朝ごはんはバナナパンケーキ以外ふつう
