Pros:

Địa điểm lý tưởng để đón bình minh, view biển cực chất. Thang máy của toà nhà đi cực nhanh.
Căn hộ rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nước chảy mạnh, toilet sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Bãi xe hơi ngay dưới toà nhà, có bảo vệ trông coi phí 100k/ngày (thoải mái lấy xe ra vào) nhưng lúc đông sẽ khó xếp chỗ.

Отличное расположение, отзывчивый хозяин, чудный вид из окна, потрясающий пляж. Хорошая звукоизоляция в комнате с окном. На балконе всё быстро сохнет, в т.ч. из-за находящихся там наружных блоков кондиционеров (очень жарко). Кровати большие и очень удобные матрасы. Во Вьетнаме первый раз, нам всё понравилось, 5 звёзд и не ждали)

Cons:

Душевые для нас очень странные (их нет), вода просто льётся на пол во все стороны, из-за этого мебель и двери приобрели не лучший вид, но и не надо забывать, что во Вьетнаме вообще очень влажно, мебель вздувается, в первый день было не очень, а потом на это всё забиваешь и наслаждаешься морем и фруктами)

A very nice family-like stay.
Pros:

The owner were really so helpful all possible ways. He supported us from the very beginning up to the end of our stay. He was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay looking alike we were guest in a family. Position of the apartment was just in front of the beach, in a very well served place, from groceries, to restaurants and every useful service. The apartment was really big and full of everything that was needed.

Cons:

Going to the main center of Nha Trang takes some minutes ride which could be considered a little cons or a little pros.
